Vacation rentals with beach access in Kootenai County

We loved Amanda’s place! Easy Checkin, beautifully decorated, very clean, and walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. We rented e-bikes and biked downtown. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was beautifully designed and clean. The area was peaceful and a 5 minute walk to the beach, short walk to downtown and hiking at tubbs hill. Kandy was a great host. I hope i get to stay there again.

This is. Place that I would re-book any and every time that I would visit the area. It was everything that was advertised. There are wonderful local restaurants that are walkable there is even a fantastic food truck lot right next door with a wonderful variety of delicious foods for the nights or lunches that you maybe want to stay at the house and just relax. This was definitely a 5 star experience. Cant wait to come back and explore some more.

The loft was the perfect place for our family of 4 during Car d’Lane weekend. Great location, very private and comfortable, and lots of amenities provided so you didn’t have to stop at the store on the walk back from downtown. Erik and Autumn were extremely flexible with us and responsive to all questions asked. They even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend the loft to anyone needing a place to stay in CDA!

Very nice place! Clean, cute and good location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to downtown and 5-10 to walk to a local beach. Nice neighborhood as well. Terri was very responsive.

This was the perfect place for our little family of 3 and our dog to spend the week. We came into town for a conference at the CDA Resort so the convenience of being just a few blocks away was perfect. Everything we needed was in biking/walking distance. The hot tub was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this cute little cottage and will definitely stay again if in the CDA area.

Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. The space is so beautiful clean and peaceful. Mandy was so great when we had a work out a booking issue with Airbnb and we are so appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend

I dont often leave reviews but my husband and I brought our 4 kids here for a week on the lake recently and we had the best time. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay and are really excited to book another trip there soon.

Was absolutely beautiful and very quite and very peaceful. Got to see a Momma deer and twin babies along with 10 Wild Turkeys. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and stay again Thank you so much

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

What a beautiful cozy home! My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children, and we all loved it. The entire house is so clean and comfortable. It has everything you need plus more. We also loved the walk to the river, park, and a wonderful coffee shop near by. It was honestly one of our favorite air bnb’s we stayed at. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area in the future. Thank you!

Jeff and Monica's home was fantastic for our guy's trip to Coeur d'Alene. The home had everything we needed from BBQ grills, crock pots, hot tub, games, and so much more to keep us entertained when at the home. Coeur d'Alene was also beautiful with the CDA lake a quick drive and Fernan Lake walking distance from the house. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Great stay for a trip to Silverwood! Walkable to Tubbs Hill and downtown CDA.

What a great property! We had a great last weekend in CDA picking up our daughter from her last year at NIC. Whitney's place was the perfect location and walkable to so many restaurants and coffee shops. If we come back to Courdalene we will most definitely stay here! Thanks again! Reid

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay … we had an extra vehicle so we had to do the paid parking across the street that was a little pricy but everything else was awesome …. It was 80 degrees inside when we got there but we were able to cool it down by opening the sliding glass door and running a fan … there was a thermostat, but for some reason it either wasn’t keeping up or was t working . Overall a great stay though

Great place! Condo was very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to several restaurants, shopping, and movie theater. We enjoyed walking along the nearby trail after dinner and along the river. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!
