The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

It is located near the Swiss border (Schaffhausen 20min, Zurich 50 min, Freiburg/Stuttgart 50 min) and is perfect for tourists who prefer city and/or country. The house is very large and can be rented for larger occasions or large families. The upper floor can be rented completely (160sqm). There are kitchen with dining area, BZ with shower and toilet, a separate toilet, three SZ and the whirlpool.

For 5 years we are successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people who would have liked to have booked our whole house. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
