A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Magical cottage in the mystical Waldviertel

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. “Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

Hexenhaus

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Hexenhaus befindet sich im Herzen des Wald4/teils. Du kannst gleich in den Rundwanderweg zum Lohnbachfall einsteigen. Mountainbike Strecken gibt es rundum genug. In der Nähe gibt es ein Waldbad und Naturbadeteiche. Ab 17:00 kann man im nahe gelegenen Kurhaus das Wellnessangebot nutzen. Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!
