My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

You can already see from the title that the apartment is located in the countryside. You can enjoy peace and quiet there. Augsburg and Ingolstadt are about 40 km away. Munich is about 80 km away. With your own car you can easily reach everything. The nearest shops are about 7 km away. Arriving by car is recommended. Couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends are welcome to stay with us

Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.

We offer a holiday apartment with high variable usability. The living space extends over two levels. Next to the living area, the sleeping level unfolds as a gallery on the upper floor. The bathroom, with a shower or bath area lowered on the foot level, could be referred to as the third living level.
