This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and again it lived up to our expectations! The home is clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The pool/hot tub/patio, complete with a covered pool bar with flat screen tv, refrigerator, dishwasher and half bath make outdoor living so easy and comfortable. Seeing the sea turtles resting in the inlet and the ocean views are the icing on the cake! We had one issue come up and Deani was on it immediately and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We cannot wait to return!

Marsha was a wonderful host. Her place was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean from the bedroom was spectacular. Marsha was prompt to respond to questions and was flexible with our check in. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

What a place! This home truly has everything you need—and then some. Every appliance and piece of furniture is high-end, and the entire space is spotless. The attention to detail throughout the house really stood out to me. As a tea lover, I especially appreciated the instant hot water faucet—such a small touch, but it made things so much easier. Communication was fast and seamless. Honestly, this may have been my favorite rental yet. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo w/ the most BEAUTIFUL View Ever! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella & cooler! Liked having the front wooden door you could open & let the air come thru the unit by opening the slider to the ocean air. Overall just a great place to stay in southern Kauai. A/C so nice to have & kept us plenty cool! Felt safe as well! You cannot bet the view & the sound of the ocean waves -- seeing a few sea turtles below was a bonus!

Ulu Hale at Kukui'ula

Brief trip to Koloa to celebrate a milestone birthday and spend time with our children. Kaycee's house on Kukuiula was fantastic and perfectly sized for our small family. The property is ideally situated on the property, quiet and private, and appeared to be very new and high end. All amenities worked properly and we had not difficulties at all during our 5 night stay. The Kukuilula Resort is unique and very high end. We were able to take wonderful walks on the large property and well as to the Village, Secret Beach, and other areas along the coast of Poipu. Simple 5 minute walk to shopping and restaurants and a grocery store. Kaycee was an excellent, friendly, and helpful host thoughout the entire process. This is our best house rental experience to date -- bar none. We hope to return soon!
