There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Ilse’s place in the Wachau Valley was absolutely incredible. The unit was spotless, and the view from the window was even more breathtaking in person. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made working with that view an absolute joy. The surrounding area is stunning, perfect for scenic bike rides— and there’s a convenient supermarket just a short walk away. Ilse was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and full of great local tips. She made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect four-night stay.

Great place to stay with jazz vibes in Slavonice! My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay in Slavonice and this Airbnb place definitely contributed to that. It was a separate small apartment that immediately charmed us with its coziness and cleanliness. A big plus was the original jazz style, which gave the room a unique atmosphere. Communication with your host was seamless. He was very helpful and responded to our messages practically immediately. We felt welcome and knew we could reach out to him at any time. We were thrilled by Slavonice and the surrounding area. The town has its charm and there are plenty of beautiful places to explore nearby. The location of the place was perfect for our trips. Overall, we rate this stay to 10 out of 10 and we highly recommend the place to all couples or individuals looking for a cozy, clean and affordable accommodation with a distinctive style in Slavonice. If you like a jazz vibe, you'll be thrilled!

I was there for relaxation and sports! The area is just wonderful. An oasis of tranquility that simultaneously offers a great mountain bike network of extensive tours in the forest to the single trail in Telc.

The structure features a modern design with wooden cladding and large windows. Positioned among greenery, it rises above gently swaying grass. The contrasting textures and shapes create a striking visual against the clear blue sky.

Enjoyed the stay at Martina's place very much. It is a gorgeous location, pleasantly quiet, at the end of the village, where even the deer pass by and the forest is very close. The biotope pond was wonderful for swimming. Everything I needed in addition was always provided to me immediately by the friendly family. I really appreciated that. Since I spent my early childhood very close, the Waldviertel is very close to me and I felt very comfortable with Martina. If I need to have a break again, I will definitely come back to her in Aigen. Thank you for everything and best regards. Dr. med. Shanti Puri

We had a wonderful stay! Nina was an incredibly kind and helpful host, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The place is located in a beautiful natural setting, perfect for relaxing — my partner and I truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The breakfast wa delicious. Overall, the place was very cozy and pleasant — we really loved it and would gladly come back.

Great host. Great accomodation and a warm welcome by kindly family. What do you need more ? Well equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. Clean and comfortable for 4 guests. Excellent if you have childs. Excellent location well located near Horn and Retz and about 100 km from Wien. All you need at your "finger tips" including bikes, ping pong and beatiful landscapes.
