Vacation rentals with a patio in Kokkedal

Copenhagen is a very cool city, and Ricki’s garden apartment is a very cool place to stay in that city. The apartment is airy and spacious and a perfect size for two people. A well-appointed kitchen is the highlight, but there’s a peaceful courtyard, and also a table and chairs in the front yard too! From the front door into a very quiet residential street, then only a few steps around the corner for a choice of bakeries in the morning. From there you can grab a bike to explore the city, or a short walk to both Metro and train stations.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist einfach Top! Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar.

Birger is such a friendly and thorough host. His place was so comfortable, and Copenhagen Central Station along with Tivoli Gardens are close by. We ate lunch in the pretty garden that is just for neighbors, and it was a peaceful, pretty spot after a busy morning.

Bettina is a very helpful, friendly and great host. It was a pleasure for me to stay in her place in my first days in Sweden. She is always responsive and willing to help if I had a problem. Highly recommended host in Helsingborg. I want to thank you Bettina for your support and friendly approach :)

Nasek is a lovely host and has put together a beautiful apartment. It is a bit outside of the city but very well-connected via public transport 😊

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city, close to a major Metro station and walkable to major sights; and a stone’s throw from a supermarket made it convenient too. Spacious interior and stylishly decorated, with everything you’d need. Only thing is the bar downstairs can get rowdy at night.

i had a perfect stay. everything was superclean and anything i needed was there. The perfect place to relax and have a nice sleep. The balcony was a nice place to read my book and drink a beer. i recomended it to my parents who usualy go to hotels. thanx arne

Das Appartement war exakt wie auf den Bildern dargestellt – modern, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es Bushaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter auch der wohl beste Supermarkt Dänemarks. Auch die S-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Besonders praktisch: Der Fahrstuhl bringt einen direkt bis vor die Wohnungstür. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sauber und frisch vorbereitet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch der Smart TV war ein Pluspunkt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Durch die Lage an einer Hauptstraße kann es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut sein – bei geschlossenem Fenster war das aber gut auszuhalten. Die Wohnung liegt im eleganten Stadtteil Hellerup. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, den ich sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Kristine. Das Haus ist total gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und auch sauber, wir haben uns alle sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern war es toll nach einem anstrengenden trubeligen Tag in der Stadt in dieses warme Haus zurückzukehren. Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof und mit der Bahn ins Zentrum kann man super machen, Bahn fährt häufig und ca. 15 min lang bis Hauptbahnhof. Kristine war bei einer Frage prompt erreichbar und hat uns weiter geholfen.

Wij verbleven vijf maanden in deze accommodatie en we hebben van elk moment genoten! Emma heeft ons goed voorbereid op ons verblijf en ook tijdens ons verblijf bleef ze behulpzaam en responsief. De woning ligt dichtbij het centrum, maar toch in een heel rustige wijk. Het huisje was uitgerust met wat je nodig hebt voor zowel kort als een lang verblijf. Super mooie keuken, badkamer, slaapkamers... Zoals je op de foto's kan zien. Alles is onlangs gerenoveerd en dat merk je. Positief! De supermarkt ligt om de hoek, net zoals de bushalte richting het centrum. Om helemaal tot rust te komen zijn er ook wat bossen in de buurt. We raden deze woning 100% aan om te huren.😄

Very interesting history to the property, which the owner was keen to share with us. Very short stroll to the water/beach. Extremely happy with our stay in Espergaerde.

Vi havde to overnatninger i sommerhuset og nød det i fulde drag! Selve huset er rigtig fint og det ligger på toppen af en lille bakke, så udsigten over vandet og naturen bliver ekstra flot. Vi nød den korte tur ned til vandet, vi gik til Lynæs og oplevede det smukke landskab på vejen og fiskede på molen og spiste is i Lynæs Havn. Det var rigtig hyggeligt og en virkelig fin havn. Vi var også i Hundested og på “Sandfestival” og spise is på “Issalonen” - begge dele kan bestemt anbefales. Mange tak for lån af jere dejlige sommerhus. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang.

Nach einem problemlosen Check in sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Maria. Wir konnten uns dank der Ruhe sehr gut erholen. Ausflüge nach Kopenhagen und Helsingborg waren auch ohne Auto gut möglich. In Helsingør lässt sich viel entdecken. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

En fantastisk liten pärla vid Öresund där vågskvallpet & havsutsikten ständigt höll oss sällskap. Hade alla bekvämligheter vi behövde för vår vistelse som familj om 4 pers. Riktigt goa kvalitetslakan att bädda rent med vid ankomst & lyxen med städning som ingår. Ganska så lyhört mellan ovan- och nedervåning och mellan sovrum och vi saknad som vuxna en "riktig säng". Men visste vad som väntade och förstår tanken med flexibeliteten en bäddsoffa istället erbjuder. Vänlig & snabb kommunikation med Wictor genom hela processen som t.o.m handen tagit sig tiden att skriva ett kort med grattishälsning till familjens födelsedagsbarn som låg och väntade vid ankomst. Tack! 😊 Krypavstånd till hamnkrogen och bara några minuters promenad upp för slänten så har du fantastiskt vackra MarryHill och dess utbud som väntar. Värden har satt ihop en kanonbra pärm med all bra info kring boendet och området runt omkring. Rekommenderar verkligen en avkopplande vistelse här, skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

We had a great stay at Martin and Carmen's place. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and they were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended hosts - I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

A good old, carefully renovated fishermen's home in idyllic Humlebaek, just south of the amazing Louisiana art complex between Helsingor and Copenhagen. We were six people who each had his own bed, cosy and intimate, but just perfect for our journey. Stine Liv & Co as hosts were formidable, responded on Airbnb within minutes at any request. So all in all, a fantastic deal for us and we're looking forward to returning soon again.

Vi var to gamle sejlere, som genså en af vores minderige sommerhavne. Vores bolig var hyggelig, hjemlig og bød på alt hvad vi havde brug for. Det var en overraskelse, at udsigten fra næsten alle vinduer, var herlig. Vi fulgte med i det pulserende sejlerliv, i alle vejrskift og Øresunds mange farver. Vi kunne sidde ved frokostbordet og følge med i hver sejlers ankomst og udsejling igennem havneindløbet. Den smukke Sankt Ibbs kirke ligger ca 40 m oppe over huset. 2 aftener spiste vi på havnen. Den ene dag udendørs på molen - det bedste fiskemåltid vi har fået i år. Den anden aften inde i havnerestauranten og også der, var maden utrolig lækker - den stegte rødspætte var stor og veltillavet. Man kan sige at lejligheden var lidt gammeldags, men for os, var det ligegyldigt. Der var nyrenoveret rundt omkring, og alt var rent og pænt.

Einfach perfekt, alles vorhanden zur Selbstverpflegung. Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft mit sehr großem Wohnbereich. Viele Spiele und Puzzle laden zu einem ruhigem Spieleabend ein. Ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt zu einem wunderschönen Strand in Hornbaek und kleiner Marina.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! Nous n'avons pas rencontré Rezkar mais le contact par message a été très sympathique et facile. Le logement est parfait pour une famille de 4. Il est confortable et agréable. Les enfants ont apprécié la chambre, l'accès aux jouets et la plaine de jeux dans le jardin partagé. La gare est rapidement et facilement accessible à pieds. Il y a des trains très régulièrement et en 15 minutes, on est dans le centre ville (gratuit si vous prenez la Copenhagen card). Il y a également des commerces juste à côté. Tout était parfait!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!

A beautiful property. Very clean and a straight forward walk from the train station. Lots of good eating places nearby and a fifteen minute cycle ride to the centre of Copenhagen. Friendly hosts and it felt like a friendly neighbourhood

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. The location is off the charts….right in the middle of Nyhavn. The views from the apartment over the canal are picture perfect. We were able to walk to most of the cities attractions and lovely cafes and restaurants were right outside the front door. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer available. Communication with the host was excellent and timely….accessing the unit was a breeze. Copenhagen is now one of our favorite cities and we would definitely stay here again upon returning.

Good location reasonably close to bus stop & train station. There’s little natural light because it’s located in a basement but that_does protect the property from becoming too hot in the summer heat. A microwave oven & similar sized table top conventional oven together with a 2 ring table top hob provided us with adequate cooking facilities during our stay - a supermarket is 5min walk away. We both enjoyed our stay here & will book it again (if available) on our next visit to Copenhagen John & Melanie
