Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

Set back off the road with one car park, it is warm, sunny and light and has a very relaxing and peaceful feel. Ideal for a small family, couples or solo guests (1 Queen bed + 1 Double bed) It is only a 30 second stroll to the coveted Kohi Eatery for your morning coffee & pastries or evening dinner & drinks and only a hop over the road to the the main bus route into the city.

A very comfortable apartment which was close to coffee shops, restaurants and great walks. On a bus route which made going into the city easy. We would stay there when next in the area. Very accommodating hosts.

The place is spacious, private, and absolutely incredible. There’s a bus stop right at the end of the driveway, making it super convenient to get around Auckland and to the CBD. The room is spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Andrew is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Auckland.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and located in a great area — close to everything we needed. The hosts were extremely nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This seaside sanctuary delivered as promised and then some. It was so perfect for my stay. Quiet, peaceful, and what a beautiful view! I felt as comfortable as I do in my own home and hosts were so kind and accommodating. They showed such wonderful hospitality with some wonderful local groceries upon my arrival. The location was ideal for me and the accommodations were so clean and comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful place for this weary traveler to rest, revive, and explore so much of what this area has to offer.
