Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Koh Samui

This has been my second stay at the property. The rooms are great, based on numerous, consistent good qualities, e.g. location, space, cleanliness, service, tranquility, which are also mentioned by others. The host, Laurent is consisently responsive, available to provide solutions to make the stay experience comfortable. And special thanks to the staff team who are always kind, accommodating, and efficient.

The place was beautiful, a wonderful room, very large, clean, equipped with all the comforts including a bathtub and shower. In general, the residence was very nice and elegant, with a swimming pool by the sea and a private beach. Georgy has always been available and easily accessible, giving us information and responding to any requests. I absolutely recommend it!

This place was perfect to be honest. We had been staying in hotels prior but booked this one to have a bit more privacy. The pictures are exactly how you see it. It’s a flat but it has to be the best one in there because it’s like something you would see in Mykonos. Anyway, beautiful flat located 5 min drive from Fisherman’s village and 15 min drive from Chaweng beach.

Absolutely gorgeous location with a balcony that has an 180 ocean view you'll never get tired of. The pool is really nice, decent size with the same beautiful view. Quiet and relaxing area, the hill is quite steep and makes for some good exercise. Apartment has a thought through layout and is equipped with relatively modern well working appliances (AC, TV, Showers, Internet, etc.) Philipp and Suwamin were absolutely lovely hosts. Very helpful, proactive and reliable with great and timely communication. If you're looking for something quiet and peaceful where you don't need to leave the apartment I absolutely recommend!

The place was very nicely decorated and the view was incredible. Due to the heavy rain before our stay, the road to the accommodation was broken. However, it was repaired within a few hours during our stay. The location is also very good. You have everything you need nearby and the beach is right outside the door. Olga is a very helpful and nice host. Communication went smoothly.

Stay was very good, very easy and flexible check-in and the hostess was always available by phone and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and water etc. were provided Pool was also great and was cleaned daily. Overall stay was really very good, only had good experiences with the property.

Absolute pleasure staying here. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. Martin is a superb host who went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay memorable.

Great location with some of the nicest beach restaurants really good balcony view but also isnt too busy nice and laid back feel to the area lovely cat & dogs.

Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. We had an amazing stay. Kim and her husband are wonderful hosts and truly kind people. They provided everything we needed, making us feel completely at home. Kim also runs a lovely little café where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and great coffee, while her husband owns a restaurant and bar in the evening—both just a short walk away. It was so great to stay at Jin’s place! It’s a very spacious and clean house with fully equipped kitchen including a large filtered water dispenser, large veranda, beautiful garden and pool with an awesome view. We were very well looked after, she even organized a pick up and drop off to a special rate for us, which was very helpful 🙏 We’d love to come back sometimes, Thanks so much Gabi

This cute home was just perfect for some private time and had enough space for 1 person. The location for just right for my needs. I was really happy with the overall stay, everything clean and working smoothly. Lalisa is super friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and if I come back to Samui I would stay here again.

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

There really aren't words to describe how special Marine's villa is! The photos are beautiful but it is even more special when you arrive. The villa is a little remote and it can be difficult for drivers to find, we had a little problem when being picked up for a boat trip, but Marine and her staff were on hand to help us share the location so that we could be picked up. Whenever we wanted to go out, I was able to text Mr Wat and request a taxi. This was so easy and so convenient and we simply settled the bill at the end of the stay. The villa is so clean and comfortable and as an extra special touch, Marine provided a beautiful cot with bedding for our daughter and many toys including a play kitchen which kept her entertained for hours! Marine and her staff were always on hand to recommend restaurants. Marine also organized a chef to come to the villa and provide brunch for our family one day, the food was amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend this villa, Marine is such a wonderful host

I really enjoyed my stay. Far enough away from everything that it’s very peaceful at night. If you rent a bike this place is absolutely ideal. Plenty of parking. The room was great. Very quick response time with any inquiries. Also they had a clean arranged for me within 24 hours as requested. Will definitely stay again

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

This place was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was amazing at replying to messages and greeted us when we arrived. We had a moped so it was super easy to get to lovely beaches and restaurants which there were many of. I’d definitely stay here again for the price and quality😄

I have zero complaints. Great place with everything you need. Area seems to be developing but everything you need is within a 10 minute walk

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)

Randolph was responsive & proactive in guiding us through the check-in process and reaching the area. The location is amazing, the view never gets old, especially seeing airplanes take off The morning sun here is breathtaking The lounge area is perfect for watching movies, having dinner on the patio is the cherry on top! Overall we loved it here...
