Excellent apartment, furniture, bathtub – we found the structure great, and the internet worked well too. The gym and pool were fantastic, and everyone treated us very well. We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality :)

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos, and the space is very clean. The host provides fresh towels, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The bed is firm yet comfortable. The host is highly responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment is also equipped with a microwave, stove, and all the necessary kitchen tools, allowing guests to cook their own meals. This is the best Airbnb property in the area due to its excellent location in BKK1, which offers plenty of nearby restaurants, markets, and amenities. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The house was nice, well-equipped, and in a good location. The only thing I really don’t get is why, in Malaysia, when you want to rent a place for a week, they don’t give you a discount, they actually charge you more! So you’re basically forced to extend your stay day by day, which is a bit frustrating.

I had a great week at Michele's apartment and decided to book a few more days. It's a very nicely arranged apartment with the mezzanine bedroom. It's convenient having two bathrooms, one on each level. The kitchen was good and I was able to do some cooking. The Internet was fast. It has a good sized balcony and a nice view. The bay windows do a great job of keeping out the noise from outside so it feels very calm in the apartment. There is good sound insulation between apartments. There were a few problems with cleanliness when I arrived but that was sorted out by the cleaners. Michele was friendly and always wrote back quickly.

Had a great stay at this little apartment. Host is super responsive and made everything super smooth. I’d for sure stay again.

Great stay on the 25th floor with stunning views of the Mekong, especially at sunrise from the balcony. Clean, tidy, nicely decorated apartment, with washing machine, perfect for an extended stay. Self check-in and check-out, very simple. Host is responsive, available and very helpful. A few small details to improve: change the stove, add a little salt, pepper, sugar, and replace the bathroom faucet, a little worn compared to the rest, but nothing bothersome. The pool is nice, the gym very basic, with little functional equipment. If you are athletic, you will have to go to a real gym, but enough to keep fit. Great location, 5 min by tuk-tuk from the center, in a quiet area with everything nearby. I would highly recommend this place, perfect for discovering Phnom Penh in peace

Great view from Jerome’s place. When the electrical had issues he was very responsive and proactive and got it fixed quickly. The place could have been cleaner but it was a good value. Thanks for hosting.

Definitely 10/10 space. Apartment is recently built and every furniture and equipment is new and sparkling clean. Also, there’s a gym, coworking space and pool so you don’t need to go out. It’s located in a quiet and safe area and Aeon Mall is 15 minutes away by tuk tuk. Lastly, the host, Sokkunthea and Vibol are so kind and well communicated. I’m fully satisfied!!

This was the best of the seven places I stayed in Phnom Penh. Communication with the owner was smooth and well-coordinated with the front desk staff. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was also good, with nice restaurants nearby.

The room was excellent and clean. Nice and clean linens and towels, new furniture, refrigerator and TV. Great internet too. Only one point of note, there is a $50 deposit before you check in that was not mentioned until after you book and cannot be covered with credit card, only cash. This was not clearly disclosed before the booking. I didn't have the cash on me, so the receptionist kindly waived the deposit.

Great value for the price. The apartment was clean, free of mosquitos, and quiet. Very spacious and not cramped like so many other hotels. Has all the equipment you need. The apartment complex has 2 really long pools that you can swim laps in with great views of the city. It also has a weight training room, cardio room, and free studio. Lots of good Cambodian street food, Chinese restaurants, and 24/7 stores right outside your door. When I return to Cambodia, I will come back here again.
