Wonderful place. I have stayed in many AirBnbs and I have to say this was one of the best ones. Location was perfect, away from city hustle but not too far also. Positioning of this house is just perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting in the garden to see sunrise right in front of us from behind the hills. House is big and was clean and best part is it is full of all amenities, kitchen was fully loaded with what you might need. Caretaker was there for anything and everything. Tea and snacks on demand anytime. We are not the people who generally go out for sight seeing etc and so this place was just perfect for us. Good view and fully relaxed vacation. One thing I would say is that the pictures uploaded on Airbnb dont do justice with the actual experience. Actually its much better (honestly I was skeptical before reaching there). Rates are slightly on the higher side, I would say. But we found it worth it. No regrets. Full 5 star.

What a wonderful location, the property is very well decorated, with lot of attention to detail in picking the smallest of furnishings. The place is immaculate, clean, spacious and very warm and inviting. The caretakers on property are very professional, attentive and caring. Overall such a fantastic experience of this plce, a little further away from the action but in the midst of nature. Deepika was always attentive, prompt in responding and very accommodating. The day we landed, there was a strike in the Ooty area and we were stuck without access to restaurants/food. She arranged us a hearty lunch by working with her staff on property to make it happen, and saved the day for us. Highly recommend the place.

Great stay. The host was extremely helpful. We reached the place late because of traffic and all the restaurants were closed but the host cooked food for us and stayed awake. Coming to the stay itself, it was a great place to hangout with friends. The rooms were nice and big. All the basic facilities were available and the host was in constant communications in case we needed anything. The surrounding is nice and near a small town which gives you access to all the basic needs like groceries, general stores, etc. You can have peaceful morning walks and explore the gardens. There is also a nice waterfall nearby along with a lake because of the dam.

The staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment—perfect for unwinding and taking a break from the usual rush. Whether it was the quiet mornings, the cozy evenings, or the scenic views, everything came together to create a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. I’d gladly return again!

good location and very clean rooms and bathroom.

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

The villa is perfectly done, the view from the villa is mesmerising, the place is new and the location is perfect, the care takers were very helpful and the best part the commutation was flawless with ram, he check upon us and made sure we had a good time at his place.

We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!
