The apartment was perfect. Clean, without any smell etc. The sofa and bed were clean and comfortable. you can find everything you need. There are enough kitchenware, other necessary stuff such as hair dryer, vacuum cleaner,iron ,etc. Everything was well-thought out. The host Giga was very friendly and nice person. He even allowed us to check-out later as we were with a baby and it was comfortable for us to stay at apartment before flight. The location was good - not far from sea side. However, a litle bit noizy place. But it can be easily solved with closing windows. I am fully satisfied with our stay at this apartment.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

Nice place for a short holiday. The place is very similar to what Andrey describes. The most challenging part might me the lifts - they can get very busy sometimes. Parking in the streets around is free (but not everywhere), even though sometimes chaotic and not always easy to find.

Very cool apartment! Located in the best complex in all of Batumi. The sea is a step away. Pool on site. The apartment itself is insanely cozy. Everything is furnished like you're at home. It smells delicious. Very cozy. The hostess gave a bottle of wine at check-in, which is very pleasant. I also provided a large number of towels, including beach towels, which is very convenient. The apartment also had everything you need for convenience: washing machine, laundry pods, dryer, wine glasses, clean dishes. I really liked everything! The only disadvantage is the presence of mold in the shower(( Apparently due to high humidity. But otherwise the apartment was insanely clean, which rarely happens.

Everything is great about the apartment... it's clean, organized and well located. Eka's got literally everything prepared for the guests and she is just next door in case anything's needed. I would love to come back.

The apartment is located in a nice area of Batumi. Nearby is the sea and all the necessary infrastructure. There are two Georgian restaurants right next to the house. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully designed. Central heating is available. The hostess of the apartment welcomed me warmly, answered all questions about my stay. Studio very well located, near the beach, with many shops nearby, very clean and quiet, excellent communication with the owner and quick response and very précise arrivage instructions .

Teona’s Airbnb was cozy and squeaky clean! Definitely worth every penny we paid. Special shout out to Teona’s Dad! Though we didn’t know each other’s language, he made us feel welcome. He was warm, helpful, extremely friendly (and a fellow Raj Kapoor fan!). Would recommend this place 10/10! ❤️

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

I had a great time in Batumi, thanks to Madona. She’s incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spotless and fully equipped, more than you could ask for. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to Europe Square. Check-in and check-out are effortless, she is always there to help!

Large apartment in a private house near the sea, clean and comfortable. With friendly and caring hosts who are not lazy to create pleasant moments for customers almost as for friends: meeting and transfer from the station, a friendly dinner with wine of their own making on the evening of arrival, unobtrusive care during the stay. The garden plot near the house is pleasing to the eye: a flat manicured vineyard, tangerine trees, there is even a tea plantation – the owners of real enthusiasts, a glorious working family. I wish them a successful expansion of their business – they will make good hoteliers

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

the vacation was at the highest level. Lovely location of the apartment, in the center of Old Batumi, great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed with children, it was comfortable. The apartment is clean and good.

It was a great place to stay! It’s been 4 of us and it’s always difficult to find two separate bedrooms, but here it was, which was great.
