Villa vacation rentals in Ko Tao

We were finding refugee for songkran and parties, and this place was true heaven !! From pick up to the villa and check out everything was great, Guy is very responsive for everything. Villa is outstanding, the view, the bed, the pool, and the shower ... facilities are amazing we had the most relaxing time thank you so much!! Fully recommend !!

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

We had a wonderful time in JR's beautiful villa. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a beach day or in the evening. Nice bathroom, nice mattresses and enough hangers for your clothes. JR himself was very helpful and always responded to the many questions I had (sorry JR🌺). He also gave great tips for where we could spend the last hours before the flight back to Bangkok. Early and late check-in was no problem, he really thought along and where possible he accommodates you. That was very nice! The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioners are not entirely optimal for the space. The sun is on the villa all day, which is of course wonderful, but the air conditioners could not cool the room enough. But that didn't spoil the fun, we enjoyed every moment! I have travelled to every corner of the earth and used Air BnB’s for a number of years….. but the Z-Villa has completely blown every other place out of the water!! - IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Truly the most unique, peaceful, stunning, happy, quirky, beautiful property I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! Just wow. I knew it was going to be impressive…. But my jaw hit the floor then I arrived. The detail that’s gone into the design of this home is OUTSTANDING. I wanted to be somewhere that felt remote and secluded; but had all amenities within a few miles drive; and the Z-Villa was PERFECT. I spent hours relaxing and floating in the pool, at nights I used Zak’s fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, and during the days; I sunbathed in the living space and deck. It was lovely to have staff who were on hand at all times to help with cleaning and they kept the place SPOTLESS. This is a MUST if you’re looking for the most wonderful place to stay on Koh Samui. Every detail was just PERFECT!

Gorgeous villa, out of the hub Bub but very accessible by motorcycle. A private getaway set in jungle location up a very steep hill. A haven to return to after a long day out.

Such a beautiful villa! Great views and only a few minutes drive to the Sairee Beach central hub of restaurants and bars. The only thing to note is the heat inside, the bedroom has air conditioning and was lovely and cool, however the rest of the villa was as warm as outside. Overall, lovely stay though!

If you’re looking for a wonderful place to visit…stop. You’ve found it. Family vacation was all we hoped it would be. Villa view is outstanding and interior is as comfortable as home. Bang and Jar are absolutely wonderful people and helped make our trip memorable. On second thought…maybe you’d better find someplace else to stay…we’d love to return and don’t want you blocking out our dates!

We stayed for 6 days. Beautiful peaceful place. Boonnun welcomed with a check-in drink and sticky rice snack She also on different days shared with us her fruit and coconuts from her garden. Although in a very quiet area, it was easy to get from A to B with Grab taxi, which are very reasonably priced. Ma doo buaa is a must and is 600 m away. Overall it was an amazing stay and very recommended. Thank your for a great memory 💜

The Seakiss Villa is truly a beautiful place overlooking the sea. The view from all of the rooms and pool is incredible—nothing beats watching the sunset by the pool, cocktail in hand. Even better than the view, the service provided by the villa staff was top-notch. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and remained that way the entire week. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. All this thanks to the friendly villa staff, Ann and Pong. Kwan, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful. We felt very attended to during our entire stay. We highly recommend the Seakiss Villa!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The Villa was stunning, looks exactly like the photos… but even better in person! Our house manager, Win, was helpful and accommodating for everything we could have needed or asked for. We would stay here again in an instant! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough how amazing Jim’s villa was… if I could just live there I would. Amazing views, beautiful upscale furnishings, great pool, wine fridge well stocked and an incredible chef prepared breakfast every morning. Jim went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and bookings. If you are considering going here, just go!

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

This place is magical and very hard to leave! The staff was more than generous to us and was very easy to communicate with. They gave us suggestions of places to go and gave us everyone’s contact to get us there! My family of 6 has been here a week and has made friends with so many locals that we wish we could stay longer. 5 stars all around best Airbnb and staff!

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

It is such a amazing villa- despite it is a bit rural but it doesn’t affect the stay as we could stay in the whole day and relaxing ourselves!

I highly recommend this beautiful villa!! the actual place looked so much more gorgeous than in photos, it was clean and tidy upon check in. do notes that you definitely need an 4wd SUV/ scooter to get up to the villa as the slope is insanely steep!! but the view is 10x worth it omg the mountain and ocean view was so so so pretty:) I stayed with my boyfriend just 2 of us so it was a huge space but we proffered sleeping on the first floor as there were blackout curtains. If you're sleeping upstairs there's no curtains covering the high windows and will definitely be woken up by the sunrise. The pool was small but so cute to take photos and just chilling there made us so comfortable , we didn't even want to leave the villa! Andrew and his team created a chat group so if I had any queries it was answered almost immediately with clear instructions. I definitely HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place and thank you so much for the warm hospitality ♡

We were lucky enough to spend time in both of wao mountain's houses. Both houses are on a private road with lots of privacy. The smaller wao villa is perfect for couples. Whether in the bedroom, living room or the spacious patio with many different corners, you feel surrounded by the beautiful green of the jungle. The view sweeps over Tong Sala, the sea all the way to Koh Samui and the plunge pool invites you to cool off. The view from the slightly higher villa on the rocks is even more spectacular! The large pool is perfect for swimming and there's nothing you'd rather do than sunbathe on the large sun terrace. The interior of the villas is cozy, well thought out and with comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and more. Philippe is an exceptional host. You can tell that he is passionate about his work and cares about the well-being of his guests. He was always available, solution-oriented and ready with good advice. We will gladly come back again. Thanks💚

This villa is a dream!!! From the beginning, there was friendly, fast communication with Sebastian, so that everything went smoothly from pick-up at the ferry to check-in. At the villa, Sebastian and Olivia received us so incredibly friendly, we felt immediately comfortable! They even organized a scooter, which was brought directly to our front door. Great service! Everything was super clean, well-maintained and beautiful - we particularly liked the pool and the view. We would come back here anytime and highly recommend this house to anyone! :)

Great accommodation with stunning sea views. You definitely need a car if you don't just want to be on the mountain. Sun burns from morning without shade on the pool. Everything there as described by Matt.

We loved staying here! The host was wonderful and the space was relaxing which is what was needed! It’s in the jungle and has a great view. It was nice that he sent a taxi to pick us up at the ferry pier. He even helped with local recommendations. We would absolute stay here again!

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !
