Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ko Lan

First things first. I again want to thank the host family for being yhe most friendly and welcoming Airbnb hosts ever. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place right on top of the ocean. The housr was so big and specious and the teracce/ balcony that was facing the water was equaly big. Everything is renovated newly and lovely. The hosts are so friendly. They have made breakfast for use brought over cakes and would allways try to help. Honestly all of us enjoyed our time here and would totally recommend.

Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

I wish host was deliberate in sending out the check-in details which made us wait for sometime. Even though we tried contacting the host trough message and call, Host was unresponsive which was quite disappointing. But once we went into the property by the location given in airbnb, host was very waiting for us and said the number given in the website was wrong. Then, we got convinced somehow. Place is very beautiful. And the location is perfect for family and for the people who loves peace and tranquillity which is amidst nature. This is the perfect place to stay after the having fun and loafing around the city throughout the day. Overall, stay was fantastic.

The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. There was an emergency happened after midnight and the staff was willing to provide assistance and company to my friends to local hospital, and willing to lend money to my friends.

the beach is a 10 minute walk. good massage places on the same road and a few local food spots however I would recommend you walk to the beach and go to the glass house restaurant which is great. check in took a little while as they couldn't find my reservation through airbnb but they did check us in an hour before the scheduled check in time which was very much appreciated. the room was clean apart from a dead cockroach in the bathroom which I pretended not to see. I would suggest they clean the pool before each guest as it had a lot of leafs and dead flies floating on top, good thing I had my floaty with me as I didn't want to swim in it, the pool had lights on in the evening. you have to pay a 1000 baht deposit which you get back upon check out room service is available if you don't want to leave the villa breakfast had a few options to choose from hot & cold food served air conditioning worked well. overall it was good for the price we paid, staff on site are friendly

Stayed at the Grand Caribbean Condo floor 18. Excellent panoramic view of Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beach from each balcony. The place is large and has plenty of space for long term stays with 2 people without feeling cramped. There are a pack of dogs in the woods across the street that like to howl through the night, however it wasn’t much of a problem in the master bedroom. The gate guards are over zealous with their check in process and be advised as of the time of this review you need a medical certificate to stay at the hotel. There is a decent amount of traffic noise from the main highway as well. Overall the space, quiet neighbors and excellent view made up for the cons.

Host is very responsive! Clear instructions. Karaoke was lit, and the place looks exactly like the photos.

The owner even took us to the golf course, perfect hospitality 👍🏾
