Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Knokke-Heist

We had a great stay with the three of us (two adults and our 9-month old baby). The accommodation looks great with attention to details to make our holiday relaxing (as far as that goes with a little one). The location is nice, close to numerous beaches and with a lovely view overlooking the farmland.

We were super satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the accommodation and the friendly welcome from Kris. The apartment was very nicely and cozily furnished. Spacious and homey. Nice garden and spacious parking for the car. Thanks Kris for the good welcome. If we need to be in the area again, we will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

Very good stay at Veerle's. Very easy to get to the house, we had all the information we needed. Veerle was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The space was very clean and very nice. It is in a very good location.

Beautiful house, very clean, modern amenities, one of the best places we've stayed. Gerda and Sigfried offered early check in, left a lot of food/snacks for us to enjoy. The house is spotless, even cooking tools and utensils appear new which is usually hard to find in Airbnb. The owners take care of the house as it was their own. The location is very quiet, a outside the center but it can be easily reached by bus or ~30min walk. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful "girls' weekend" with 5 friends in the house. Everyone felt comfortable right away and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is fantastically beautiful. The game room also offers optimal amenities for a fun evening. Day trips to Ghent and Bruges are possible. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back 🙂

We loved our two-day stay in Schoondijke. It's been a long time since the two of us went away, without our kids. The peace, the quiet, being able to be at ease… it really did us good. Just being, without having to, in all simplicity – that was worth gold. We are grateful for this moment of delay and connection

Very nice apartment in IMPECCABLE condition and very comfortable. What we liked: The quality of the bedding, the impeccable cleanliness, the availability of quality products (soaps, shampoos, wipes, toilet paper, etc.) in quantity, the view of the sea and the port illuminated at night. The decor is neat and the apartment has EVERYTHING you can imagine needing (special mention for the organization of the cabinets ;-)). The apartment is within walking distance (5 minutes) of a very large Delhaize, which is super convenient. However, there is no free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. We chose to pay for the parking meter every day because we were with young children (it's free between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.). Cindy was very responsive to a noise concern (exceptional circumstance) that we had and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out time. We recommend it.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the dike of Heist. Sea and dune views. Within walking distance of the beach, bars & restaurants. Isabelle is a really friendly host who is flexible and responds quickly! We'd love to come back!

Had a super nice stay. We were well prepared with instructions. The apartment was very clean m (the kitchen seemed as good as new) it is a nice quiet location of the apartment with beautiful side sea views. Definitely recommended

Very nice apartment close to the dike on foot and all amenities! Mathieu was very responsive and attentive when needed! The apartment is as advertised, there are no unpleasant surprises, perfect for disconnecting for a few days at the seaside and enjoying the good weather! I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back :)

It was the second time we stayed here. Just like last time, we were extremely satisfied. The apartment was clean, practical and has an excellent central location. In addition, it is a cozy apartment where you can completely relax. We'd love to come back!

A lovely apartment with a super friendly host. Everything within walking distance and yet on a quiet street. We didn't miss anything, very homey and nice contact with the host. I really can't think of a negative point.

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay. Sara was very responsive. Check-in was easy, and the stairs were easy to navigate. The location is outstanding with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and retail stores. It is a very spacious apartment, and there was plenty of room for our group. We felt at home even though we stayed just 5 nights. When return to Ghent, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week at Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it's a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live" this is the place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean and very lovingly furnished with many small and larger touches. We even found wine and delicious food for breakfast on arrival (easy with key box) 🫶🏻 Otherwise, everything you need is also there, from towels to tea lights to the coffee machine with capsules to choose from - we loved everything! We only found the parking situation difficult in the place, but the beautiful apartment can't do anything about that. We would come back anytime, thank you! ❤️
