Vacation rentals in Kleinsonnberg

We, couple 50+, were here for a week in June 2025. Apartment is beautiful. clean and complete. Host lives at the accommodation. Quick, easy and friendly contact. Host has childcare at home. You can hear this at times in the apartment (not in the bedroom) and can be experienced as disturbing if you like peace and quiet. Accommodation is located on a busy road. With the windows closed, you won't hear this inside. In the village itself, there is only a very small supermarket and gas station. However, there are plenty of larger villages close by. Accommodation is great for visiting tourist things (many within half an hour by car). Conclusion apartment location: great for a week's vacation.

We had a great time at Michaela's farm! The surroundings and scenery are beautiful, there are opportunities nearby to walk, hike and also swim. The room was very clean & well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were great! Delicious regional products, fresh and varied. Michaela is a great cook - definitely try her dinner. All around, everything your heart desires for children, such as a playground, trampoline and especially the animals around & in the house! Would definitely go again!

Fantastic! Beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable (particularly bed and sofa!), equipped with everything you need, overall fantastic stay. The village is quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. Our dog was also welcome, with dog bowls provided and the ability to make the grounds enclosed with a gate which we really appreciated. Hikes fantastic from the doorstep, and only 8 minutes drive into Zell-Am-See. However, what made the experience even better was Katharina and her parents (who live next door). They were so welcoming and friendly, giving us strawberries from their garden, lots of local recommendations and just being the most hospitable hosts. We really can’t thank them enough for being so kind! Thank you again. We will definitely be back! P.S a few other reviews mentioned the wifi, which must have been upgraded as it was super-fast. I had to work during our trip, and it was fast enough for perfect video calls etc.

A clean, very tidy place and a sweet area close to all the slugs are very beautiful and have an extra bed in the hall but there are no spoons and no washing machine in the same apartment but there is a washing machine in the building with coins, in general the place is very beautiful

The place is unbelievable. Beautiful nature, beautiful farm and super well equipped apartment. The apartment itself is of a great quality and exquisite clean. Monika was a great host! She was very helpful with the informations and very nice person to chat with. We hope to come back for more visits

We stayed with Susanne and Alois for a week in March/April. From the first minute you feel welcome and therefore absolutely comfortable. The apartment (local mountain) is beautiful and everything necessary is available. Towels and linens are provided and also the kitchen is really well equipped. There were four of us and it's okay from the square. However, there are five of me who could not imagine it in this apartment. Susanne and Alois are fantastic hosts. Absolutely friendly, always approachable and also great in dealing with the children. For our children, it was great to be able to help in the stable every day. After the guests of the other apartment left and no new ones arrived for our rest of the week, we were even allowed to use their balcony with this fantastic view. I loved it. Thank you very much for the really great vacation. We give an absolute booking recommendation!

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and absolutely loved it!! We felt right at home, the space was lovely and cosy, and we especially loved the kitchen and bathroom (with a bath)! A highlight was definitely the beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen and living area, I could sit and look out the window for hours at the rain and shifting clouds. Annija, the co-host, was super friendly and welcoming from the first moment. She was proactive, helpful, very responsive to messages and a great communicator. Truly an amazing host! The apartment is also in a great location, close to the train station, supermarkets and shops. St Johann im Pongau was a great base for hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains, with hikes starting very close by. So grateful for such a wonderful and memorable stay here — we would love to be back!
