Stylish studio design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Haus Sonnegg Panoramasuite

The cozy apartment "Panorama Suite" is the "Sonnegg" Residence is located in the idyllic municipality of Lajen (Laion), near the entrance of Val Gardena, in South Tyrol's scenic "Eisacktal" valley (Valle Isarco). The 55m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A washing machine and dryer are also available for an extra fee.

Appartements Toni Marlis

The vacation apartment "Toni Marlis" is located in Feldthurns and offers a unique panoramic view over the Eisack Valley between Klausen and Brixen and of the South Tyrolean mountains. The cozy apartment has a spacious living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Thus, it can accommodate 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available upon request.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Your destination is the Parjöhlerhof of the family Fink on 1.370 meters. The traditional farm, surrounded by cultivated meadows and natural forests, is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Our newly built farmhouse Hallerhof is situated in a quiet, sunny location on the south side of the lower Eisack valley. The property is located in Villanders, 800 m above sea level, and boasts a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The village of Villanders is a small holiday paradise for young and old with enchanting surroundings that you can enjoy in every season.

Traditionell leben wir von der Milchwirtschaft und mit Dezember 2016 bieten wir in unserem neu errichteten Bauernhaus erstmals auch Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an.
