It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Family fun in this stylish home with private heated pool and in winter max 30 minutes from several ski resorts. Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.

In the country house, which was newly renovated in 2022, you can perfectly recover from everyday stress. It is located in southern Carinthia on a sunny hill surrounded by a beautiful mountain backdrop. Nearby are Lake Klopein, Lake Turnersee and Lake Gösselsdorf, which are easily accessible by bike. The Petzen and Klagenfurt ski resorts are also not far. The house is suitable for 10 people, has a cozy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna.

Villa Eva was renovated and newly furnished in July 2020. There is a large parking lot and garage in front of the house. The house has 6 rooms/studios with private bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, LCD TV, water heater, bed linen. The kitchen is separate in the lower rooms. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a washing/drying room and an exit to the garden, where a new summer kitchen and deckchairs have been installed.
