This is my first time booking an Airbnb and I have to say it was a 10/10 experience! The space was so clean and cozy I felt right at home as soon as I entered the door. This was my first ever solo trip so having the host so close by was very comforting! They were very responsive which I loved. I also loved some of the places they recommended! Although we weren’t in contact a lot over my stay they were very welcoming and sweet which makes me so ready to book with them again!! I have already recommended this bnb to everyone I know it is definitely on my top 5 places to stay in Merritt island!!

Brand new property. Direct Riverfront with Pool!

It was the perfect location for a girls getaway! From the decor and amenities to the wildlife that we loved to watch daily! The restaurant was within walking distance and their staff was so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Made for the perfect solution after having a “few” drinks and being able to walk to and from dinner. Christine was always so responsive with any questions and upfront with information throughout our stay! I’d love to return for a longer stay one day so I can enjoy more time relaxing and enjoying some gorgeous sunrises with the dolphins and manatees. This place did not disappoint and Christine was a perfect hostess. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place to be!

Tim is the best host we've rented from in all our years at Airbnb. We appreciate the communication and quick responses. The house was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and so clean. We utilized the pool and loungers everyday. We wanted a nice, peaceful trip and this was exactly what we had staying here. The location was so close to everything you need or want to see and the park behind it was a bonus. They go above and beyond with providing necessities and and checked in to see if there was anything we needed. Tim and his family provided a wonderful home away from home. When planning a trip in the future, we will definitely stay here again.
