Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

As we travel with a big family, for us accomodation it's important. The best view so far from our apartment. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to check in, pristine cleanliness and the most important- the apartment had all we needed. With 3 kids, we have to cook for ourselves mostly as they are very picky- on this note the place was great. Kitchen with all necessary to make our stay confortable. A lot of space for kids to walk in between the rooms, spacious, light, comfy, quiet. Just what we needed. The host was very easy to approach, we even got a breakfast after the cutoff, as in the first day we had no groceries prepared. We will definitely retun, same place to stay. 30 minutes from best tobogganing place ever- Soll and Going. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for a week together with our dog and we absolutely loved it! We felt at home immediately .The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean, as well as the terrace had all the necessary furniture. We found everything we needed, even the baking paper :) Check-in was easy as well as communication with Nina. The cable car was in a walking distance, so we could reach the mountain hiking routes very quickly. We also took some hiking from the nearby villages and could admire the gorgeous beauty of the Alps. Since we were caught by hail, so the roof for the car would have been a salvation. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend this place for a good stay!

We had a nice short stay, the place was clean and cozy. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super easy. The location was okay, and overall we’d definitely stay here again. Just a small note: some of the play equipment seemed a bit worn and could maybe use an update or removal for safety.

Great place to stay with beautiful mountains around. There's a nearby lake called Thiersee which is small and beautiful to chill by the side. Drogano, the house manager was very kind and helpful during the stay, and very responsive. Overall worth the money spent. Will definitely come back to this place.

The apartment was very nice and the surroundings simply awesome. I was there with my two small children and through the playroom and also play equipment on the premises there was always something to do for the two. We felt completely comfortable!
