Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kitzbuhel

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Really wonderful location with magnificent views. Absolutely as described and we all felt instantly at home. Finally saw the roaming cows on our last night! Truly amazing. We had a great week in this beautiful apartment, the decor is modern and at the same time cozy, the reality corresponds 100% to the pictures. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect for all kinds of excursions. You are in the forest and on a river/small lake in 5 minutes, in about 35 minutes slightly uphill to Lake Wössen, which our dogs especially liked. From the house you can start all kinds of walks/hikes: along the Ache you can walk at ground level or up into the forest uphill to one of the numerous alpine pastures or viewpoints. The view from the panoramic window in the kitchen to the mountains/meadow with cows is very nice and relaxing. The center of Unterwössen is a 10-minute walk, a well-equipped new Edeka, bakery etc. , you will also find some inns, which in May, however, were not yet open every day. In summer, it certainly looks different. We felt very comfortable. Anja &Jérome are very nice hosts

Sabrina’s apartment was beyond wonderful — clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The garden and terrace were perfect for relaxing, and the hospitality was exceptional. Sabrina was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt completely at home. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything really clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were just completely satisfied and felt comfortable at all times. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

Perfect for many guests with pets (dogs). Private house and gazebo, very nice in good weather. Charging an electric car with Wallbox is very easy and can be paid directly to the landlord. In the middle of nature, very quiet and very nice view of the valley, the mountains, the cathedral and St. Johann. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically located just a few minutes by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet or wanting to enjoy the beautiful area by bike/on foot. We'll be thinking back to this weekend for a long time!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.
