Corina as a host is fantastic, so communicative and welcoming. We felt comfortable to approach her about anything and she checked in on us with messages which was lovely! She has made a beautiful home away from home for her guests, there are great touches through the Airbnb that are so thoughtful; the clear labelling of everything was so helpful!The kitchen has so many useful things, we were able to cook and bake during our stay. The bathroom is lovely and I greatly appreciated how good the hairdryer was! the bedroom has dimmable lamps and a ceiling fan, so it was easy to make it super cosy; the bed is extremely comfortable! There was a lot of useful information available about what to do locally, and there is a grocery store within walking distance; walking to the store with mountains surrounding you is so cool! Corina and Paul were both just super warm and friendly, we will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future and I couldn't recommend it more to other guests!

Toadhouse is a hidden gem! we stayed as the first leg of our second honeymoon, and were so happy. They thought of everything, right down to the food basics. A fresh loaf of bread with butter, a dozen farm fresh eggs, and some very delicious locally roasted coffee were waiting for us, and the bed was so comfy. Also, listening to the toads was so cool. We will most definitely be returning! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Our crew needed a place to stay whilst in Terrace for Forestry work. The house had ample space, all the employees were super happy with the house and bonus, they had a bbq. We booked two weeks in a row!

Cozy home to stay in for a few days and very close/walkable to all amenities! Bed was very comfy, kitchen/house was clean, and the fireplace was lovely to sit by. Easy check in as well. The only thing I didn't think of was that it stays light out quite late in the summertime here and the bedroom curtains didn't block much, so I'd bring an eye mask next time.

Clean, quiet, and functional. Well-appointed kitchen. We appreciated a few cooking basics. Coffee and tea is provided, which was a very nice touch. Great location near delta and short walk to town. Matthew communicated well.

Graham’s place was perfectly lovely for our family to come visit great grandma! The kids have been calling it “Our Kitimat Home” and we’re sure to be back. Cozy, bright and welcoming! Thanks for everything!

What a fun place to stay! great location looking over the water where bald eagles swooped by (and occasionally caught fish), on a quiet little street, but literal steps away from several restaurants, a grocer, a kayak outfitters (loves that!), a marina, a coffeehouse/bakery, a park and a couple liquor stores. convenient to the ferries, to area hikes, to water sports or just a great place to relax. house full of character, art works, books & games, and No TV! (so nice! - but does have wifi in case you want to plug back into the outer world, but really, why are you here!?!) bottom line, if we visit Haida Gwaii again, the first place I would check for availability would be Steven's place

This was an excellent place to rest for a few days while exploring Terrace! Close to the main street, restaurants, shops, and also very close to Terrace mtn trail to see the wolf statues! Claudia's communication was top notch and I have zero qualms about recommending this place to all who come to Terrace.

Quiet property. Nicely updated. Laundry right next door. Kitchen was great. Host was very responsive and helped me get setup when I arrived - wifi password, plugged in stove, helped locate breakers to reset.

The perfect spot to take in the ever changing beauty of Haida Gwaii. Abalone Eyes House gave us a comfortable place to relax at the end of each day. The views of the mountains, inlet and town of Daajing Giids were breathtaking whether at sunrise or sunset. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. We made most of our meals on site. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, but you do need to remember to bring your own spices, condiments including cream and sugar, favourite coffee and teas, aluminum foil, storage bags and containers if making lunches to take with you. Mike is a wonderful host, so helpful and his dog Tender is very sweet. There is a staircase to the front door, but nothing even a couple of seniors couldn’t manage. The space is good for 2-4 people. Centrally located with easy access to and from the ferry terminal. When it’s time to leave, you will be wishing you had stayed longer.

It was our first time staying at an Air bnb, and Alexos gave me a good list of what we could expect, which was all that he said and then some. The place was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen was fully set up for us to cook, eat and clean as we needed; the refrigerator even had some condiments. The furniture, including the beds (and bedding) was super comfortable & clean. I would definitely look forward to staying there again! Alexos was very accommodating and helpful with any questions that we had. We were happy to keep such a nice place as clean and tidy as we could.

We think Alanah’s suite defines what a 5-star Airbnb should be. It is an easy to find location close to the ferry and tour departure point in the harbour. An ideal location for touring Haida Gwaii. Easy parking for a car and stairs leading down to the suite were not difficult and well-lit in the evening. The unit itself is spacious, well laid out, very clean and very well equipped for self-catering. There was tourist information in unit, and you could ask her for additional suggestions at any time. Alanah also left us some breakfast items and other treats that were appreciated and enjoyed. The suite has spectacular views from all rooms. We saw bald eagles and deer, from our window. We experienced great communication with Alanah before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this suite to anyone.

Peter was a fabulous host , He was extremely friendly,kind, and generous, He went over and about to make sure we had everything we needed, took us out for a day when we asked him. He gave us directions and destination to visit. Peter thank you for making our trip memorable! Best host ever !

What a beautiful place. Clean, bright, very comfortable bed and spotless. Emily was friendly and check in and out seamless. I will definitely be back!!
