Building 1.A power spot with a view of Tobetsu Shrine on the west side.Very quiet and the backyard is a forest.Long-term stays are available for remote work, atelier, etc.You can have a barbecue or a bonfire.Parking is available for about 3 cars.We want you to relax and unwind, so please stay up to 6 people for 3 nights or more. (In July 2025, a lot of needles and sharp-tipped toothpicks were scattered around, and it took time to remove and check everything. Sorry, but small children will not be allowed to stay in the future because they may cause mischief out of the sight of their parents.Thank you for your understanding) You can get a free welcome drink at the reputable izakaya "Koiko Hiyori" and "Ginhei".It is about 10-20 minutes on foot. In the winter, we plan to close it because of the snow, but if you want to come, please stay.However, please shovel snow from the entrance to the road. Please also use it when replacing the shelter of a large family in the event of a disaster.There are various amenities, daily necessities, and equipment, so you can start living immediately. This is a villa that was remodeled by a family in an old house, and it feels like grandma's house ^_^

Tokiwa Town is the only area where you can experience the great outdoors and rural life of Hokkaido, located about 40 minutes by train from Sapporo. In addition, the town was developed by samurai, and the local shrine enshrines the samurai god. Local shops are also attractive, and there are interesting shops such as a game shop and an izakaya where you can interact with cats. I recommend staying for a week or more to experience local life in this special town. If you stay longer, you can learn more about Tobetsu-cho. In the summer, you can fully enjoy the great outdoors of Hokkaido by cycling for 15 minutes. In winter, it is a heavy snow area with snowfall of 1 meter or more.There are snowballs, sledding, and a snow festival.

Tobetsu-cho is the only area where you can experience the nature and rural life of Hokkaido, about 40 minutes by train from Sapporo. In addition, in the town where samurai settled, the god of samurai is enshrined in Tobetsu Shrine. The local shops are also attractive, and there are interesting shops such as Gibier specialty shops and taverns where you can interact with cats. I recommend guests to stay for more than a week to experience local life in Dobetsu. If you stay for a long time, you can learn more about Dobetsu-machi. In the summer, you can enjoy the nature of Hokkaido if you run for 15 minutes by bicycle. In winter, it is a heavy snow zone with more than a meter of snow.There are also snowmen making, sledding, and snow festivals.

The entire house is available for private accommodation. A Japanese-style room with a double bed is ideal for 1–2 guests, and up to 5 people can stay using 3 futons and the bed. Surrounded by a large garden, it’s quiet and peaceful. Located on a steep hill—access by car is recommended. The kitchen, toilet, and shower room are private. The flat is located in heart of Sapporo． It is only 6-minutes walk from the Sabway station． also you can easily walk to "Susukino" "Tanuki-koji" "Odoripark" "Nijyo-iciba" and these touristspots． Transportation, Shopping, Dining, Cafe.....are　 all very close and conveenient. Espacially there is a covenience store opposite the apartment. However this is a quiet place very close to the river. ✰Please enjoy your stay in Sapporo✰
