The house has its own compound at the front and is located in a safe gated community in Winam Estate so security is good. Very chilled out and quiet neighbourhood I must say. Easy and convenient access to Kisumu CBD and shopping malls around Kisumu in any direction. Ideally... Home away from home.

My family really enjoyed their stay. Evans was flexible when we ended up having more guests than we initially expected. Evans’ parents prepared very good food for my family at a fair cost. They were also very kind and accommodating. We shall definitely be recommending Evans’ place and will book again in future.

caroline was super responsive from start to finish! The accommodation exceeded our expectations to the point where Im happy to say that this place has now become our Kenyan home! we can't wait to return. George, Pharey and their family who live on site to maintain the property are exceptional people.
