Vacation rentals with beach access in Kissonerga

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

Wonderful place with walking distance around to Harbour or Polis, close to the beach and supermarket. Extremely helpful host and his parents, generally quiet location and sheltered from summer heat ground floor apartment.

Sofias apartment is lovely . Panoramic views of Mountains and sea to left side ..Sunny Balcony until three thirty .Spotless accommodation .Polis has wonderful Restaurants and has character in the old Town...we visited many small villages and Monestry absolutely delightful. Had a wonderful Baked apple cake from Mummy ' a really lovely stay . Sofia is quick response to any questions. Wishing you many bookings Sofia Gina 🧠🌹

We had an amazing stay in Pafos! Great apartment, which was decorated to a very high standard. Fully equipped with everything you need. Agnieszka and Jacub were very responsive.

It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

Beautiful calm place, clean and very comfortable small house. Responsive hosts. The location might be not perfect for everybody but I loved it. The nearest beach isn’t very sophisticated but clean and cozy. Other great locations are very reachable with car. Totally worth to stay.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. We had a great time during our stay in Cyprus. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is good—quiet and convenient if you have a car. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. The mattresses were quite hard, and both the beds and doors made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep a bit. Also, the pillows were quite worn out and could use replacing. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements, this place would be ideal!

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. Nous avons séjourné 13 jours, l'emplacement est incroyable avec une maison en parfait état fidèle à la description avec parking privé et surtout un jardin magnifique , très bien pensé pour le repos avec différents espaces et avec un accès direct et privé à la plage proposant une vue splendide , nous avons adoré !!! nous avons eu la chance incroyable de découvrir une tortue marine sortant de l'eau et venir pondre entre 1 et 3 heure du matin devant la maison sur la plage , c'était magnifique !! Une marina visible depuis le logement permet aussi de louer des bateaux si souhaité (permis non nécessaire et très bien encadré !!) ou de monter sur des embarcations pour visiter les lagons proches , le petit village propose de très bon restaurant, plage d' Aphrodite et blue Lagon sont très proche et juste paradisiaque, Marianna et Georges sont très réactif et disponible pour facilité et rendre le séjour parfait !! Nous reviendrons si nous le pouvons.

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Lots of thought and style in the external space plus some wonderful features inside. Kyriacos went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and at home in the villa with some lovely thoughtful extras. He was also very proactive in sending though information about the villa as we got closer to our holiday. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace gives the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful quiet holiday. Although there is current ongoing building activity in the area it is hardly noticeable when sitting around the pool or inside the villa. Car is highly recommended as it is a way out of town or to the nearest supermarket. So many amazing things to do around the island

We stayed in this apartment for a whole week. It is very well located, the sandy beach is 300 meters walk from the flat. In the street many nice bars and good restaurants, just in front of the flat is a kiosk for basic things you might need. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The host always answered quickly and let us to do later check-out. Air conditioning in every room! Only thing that we were missing pillows for the outdoor chairs (you will have funny stains on your body after sitting on them longer), as well a parasol would be nice to have there. All in all we recommend it for others!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

The flat was well equipped and even have more than what we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Also, a washing machine with a couple of Lynsey sachets that allowed us to go back home with clean clothes on. Highly recommend it

I highly recommend it to everyone, it felt like being at home. The place is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is there. It's great that you can check in so flexibly and independently. The place was clean and well equipped. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Kevin is a great host, met me at the venue and took me to the apartment. Private parking for the apartment is available and undercover which is needed in the summer periods The apartment is clean, fresh, modern and ideally situated within walking distance to shops and the beach. The outside area is open but still feels private and both the living room and the bedrooms open up to the outside area, there is a communal pool that is also very well maintained. The apartment is an home from home with all the amenities, the complex where the apartment is situated is very safe and secure. Would definitely be looking to rebook later in the year *****

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.
