Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. Very nice, cozy and clean accommodation in an extremely quiet environment! Beautifully furnished and you have everything you need for a few days. Very good hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation was a little less secluded than we hoped from the pictures (adjacent gardens + properties), but we were not disturbed by anything or anyone and could enjoy nature! We'd love to come back!

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment is simple but you have what you need and we especially enjoyed the quiet location at night.

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!
