It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. It is 3 km to the center of Kirchberg i.T. and 2.5 km to the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn. Various hiking trails lead directly from the house.
