Vacation rentals with a patio in Kiotari

Rocco and Marta were great hosts, and responsive with help. Really amazing location to enjoy Old Town, the historic sights, restaurants and shopping. To note - it was fine for me, but some may find the bathroom a bit tight. You also have to be careful in using the shower as to not spray water beyond the glass pane. Patio setup has changed but is still nice. Otherwise, apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Mario’s was amazing with his beautiful family team , me and my wife felt right at home. Super generous beyond compare. If you’re looking for a beautiful romantic place this is it.

Lovely location, easy to find and host was very accommodating.

The particularly quiet and secluded location between hills and the sea was particularly nice. The original Greek cottage was great without frills and the wonderful helpers of Alessandro always on the spot. It was great to be able to sit outside the sun on almost all sides of the cottage.

Michalis was the most friendly and approachable host we’ve ever had the joy to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble. He offered suggestions and advice on arrival, but was never pushy. We asked for food recommendations locally and he gave us 3 excellent choices. We ate at 2 of them and they were incredible. He helped us book a taxi and got it to come directly to us, and even advised a great place to park in Rodos. It’s clear his passion is the people he has stay with him, and he is naturally talented at it. The accommodation was gorgeous, along with a beautiful pool and daily cleaning checks. It is centrally located for the island, and really easy to get about. There’s even a super market right next door. 5 stars across the board

Tsampika is super nice and responded to questions very quickly. The surrounding area is a quiet development with ample parking and good bus connections. Shopping facilities were within walking distance. The apartment is as in the pictures and very clean. In addition, the most important things such as washing up liquid, salt, coffee etc. have been thought of. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a carefree stay.

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

We were very lucky to spend a few wonderful days in this beautiful house. The outdoor area is simply a dream – with an inviting pool, cozy seating. Everything is super well maintained and designed with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing inside either. The kitchen is excellently equipped – there is really everything you could wish for. We would like to highlight the communication: The contact was friendly, warm and absolutely reliable from the beginning. Questions were answered within a few minutes and we received a detailed list of tips for restaurants and activities right at the beginning. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay - I think easily the favorite of our trip. The host was amazingly responsive, to the point that I wonder if she ever has any personal time? She helped us arrange for transport to and from airport; highly recommended, as finding the apartment on your own in the maze of streets could be challenging, and the driving service carried our bags and took us to the door. Host was also quick to respond to requests for restaurants and lined us up with a very convenient car rental service for exploring the island. The apartment is charming and, though a little small, quite comfortable; we did not find ourselves needing more space. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Would highly recommend this property and the host.

Antigone was extremely helpful and kind to us! The home is in a wonderful location right next to the beach and a little more peaceful on the edge of the town. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the beds were very comfy. Altogether a wonderful stay - thank you Antigone!

Unfortunately, I only stayed 5 nights in this beautiful place, but I enjoyed every minute. A very nice garden, terrace, house and outdoor area super well maintained. Nothing left to be desired! Ideal for one or 2 people, quiet surroundings Mikhail and his family are very nice, helpful, open and kind. Also in this way, my sincere thanks for the great time I was able to spend with you. Very close is a beach (coarse gravel, very clear water) where you can always find a place. There are also plenty of shopping options from small to very large, as needed. Some nice family taverns are just a 3-minute walk away. Some tours or visits are highly recommended, for which Michail and his family can give great tips. If there is an emergency, someone can always be reached directly. I can fully recommend the accommodation and will DEFINITELY book there again - but then for longer!

We had a great time at Rachel's place. The apartment was as described and impeccably clean, comfortable beds, pool and beautiful environment, we will definitely be back. Rachel as well as Sylvia and her husband were very welcoming and available. We thank them.

It will be difficult to find negative points about the accommodation offered in a place away from the crowds of springs. Sincerely, I will come back and recommend this place.

Beautiful airbnb, responsive hosts, really convenient location (couple minutes from the main beach and less than 15 minutes from St Paul’s Bay). Perfect place for a long weekend.

The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, just outside the hustle and bustle of Rhodes Town, making it ideal for relaxing while still being close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. Savvas was an exceptional host—always responsive, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to quick assistance with questions. The place itself was lovely: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can really tell that care has been put into making it a welcoming space for guests. Great responsive host. We had very late flight landing before midnight. Thus, after collecting the car we were very late 1 am. Also we had issue to find the place due to google map showing different location. But Arestir was waiting for our coming, giving us updated link with direction. We were very pleased for help and host. Beautiful apartment with full privacy. We love a big patios with two balconies to have a seat at evenings after busy day. We can recommend this place.

Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!
