I had a great stay that was only intended for 2 days, however I needed up extending it 3 more days because how great it was. Breakfast as part of the package is the first for me, I loved it. You can’t beat the hospitality of the host, I can’t say enough enough about the caring, communication and suggestion of things around the area I long to be back again.

Justa and her staff were amazing hosts! They far exceeded the normal Airbnb expectations. Justa's place is exactly as she described it. We were a group of 5 and wanted privacy in a safe and clean environment, and that is exactly what we found in Justa's house. Her staff took very good care of us and met all of our needs. I strongly recommend Justa's home for anyone or large groups looking for a clean and fully functional home for their stay in Dar. Just a is very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. I will definitely stay at Justa's home again during my next trip to Dar es Salaam. Thank you Just a for inviting us to enjoy your beautiful and spacious home. By the way, Helena is an excellent cook. We enjoyed her food very much!

I had a truly pleasant stay in Dar, and a big part of that was thanks to Desmond. He was an exceptional host caring, supportive, and very accommodative throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and thoughtfully arranged. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Desmond went out of his way to ensure I felt at home, and I genuinely appreciated his hospitality. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Dar.

Sarah & Jack were excellent hosts. The space was super comfortable and well appointed with a diverse selection of books for those that are keen.

Mwaya's place is great for long term/ short term stays. It feels like home. The staff doesn't speak English, but they are all super friendly and very helpful, and with a little sign language and Google translate, we were able to communicate. Mwaya's place is also located a 3 minute walk away from a local juice bar, and is about a 15 minute taxi ride away from most popular restaurants. Mwaya is very responsive and always ready to help. There was however some issues with the power going out quite often, but this doesn't last long, as there is a generator that the staff turn on when this happens. All in all I had a very good stay, and would book here again in the future.

Nice place to stay when you want to experience Dar-Es-Salaam. Quiet area with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

Amazing value for money, very clean and fantastic central location. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine with check in really sweet and kind. Thank you so much we will definitely stay again.

Reen was very accommodating. And her place is centrally located in the city. Very convenient for commuting back and forth. We were also given delicious home cooked meals.

As a medical student, I was again in the Airbnb of Dr. Thuraiya. I had already been very enthusiastic about the last stays, but this time I was particularly impressed by the way problems were handled. Our air conditioning had not worked and that same evening, despite it being a weekend, someone came by to fix it. Communication works really well and if you have any problems, you will be supported 24/7. The entire staff is very nice and helpful.

Our stay at Alexandra's guest house was one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania. The house is extremely well fitted out and in immaculate condition with the highest quality of fittings and furniture used, it is well located geographically, security is top notch and the staff welcoming and friendly. Each day starts with a breakfast that sets you up for the day with what seems like an endless supply of coffee. As for the host, Alexandre is extremely friendly and welcoming and is attentive to all your requests and needs, she goes way and above what is normally expected of a host, a real gem. We will definitely be staying here on our next call to Tanzania.

Great place to stay! I was nervous because of the photo quality online but when I went it was great. The Staff is very nice, breakfast was great, and the pool is amazing!

Near by, i text them to come pick me no one answer my message, but the taxi guy was standing at airport with my name. Place is good with big room, air conditioner. Like money vise the place was better then what i ecpected, taxi possible to get there and back the time u want. Also they had good dinner with fresh fruits. With very good price. All together very good.

Great location. It’s in a prime location, close to the beach and very nicely furnished. The rooms are bright and fresh and breakfast is prepared every morning. Sofi is great and really you have all you need. I plan to come back again— I really enjoyed it.

A very quiet and peaceful place.. People are welcoming and very helpful. Would visit to just say hello as they deserve it. Down to earth people.
