All bedding is provided. A tv with 200 channels, fridge, microwave and coffee maker for your convenience. Gather round the fire pit and grill. Then sip some coffee on the back deck in am. We had a wonderful stay at Stacey and Edward’s place near Texoma. My husband and I had some luck catching g a few fish in the lake behind the house. Also loved watching and listening to the birds on the front porch and watching several deer show up for the corn we put out. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend. We needed it and able to spend it with our kids and granddaughter.

This place was AMAZING!! Clean! Clean! Clean! The house was so beautiful and decorated so cute! We loved all the extra little touches Vicky did for us! We felt so comfortable and so at home!! Loved the house and loved the owner! She was just amazing! Anytime we had a question she he was always quick to respond! Can’t say enough good things about this place! If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay, stay here! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much!!

Nice cozy stay! Kids had a great time being our first time staying in a RV. Gabriel was very responsive.
