Nice place to stay!

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

This place is has a breath taking view and very spacious room. It’s a service apartment and the reception people and cleaners are super kind and polite. I think the bathroom need a little renovation though and I didn’t enjoy the smell from the bathroom at times but this seem to be common in a lot of place around Vietnam and Asia in general. The noise from street can be annoying at times but it’s really not that bad. However I think the room space and breath taking view makes up for it. I loved the big mirror in the room since most places only have mirrors in the bathroom so this is a big plus for the ladies while getting ready and the light from the balcony on the mirror makes it perfect to do your makeup 😆 . It is very easy to catch a grab bike or taxi and you can get anywhere. Another plus is the WiFi which is very stable .

I have stayed in here for couple times, it still will be my first option for my next trip.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos ,if not better. It was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I felt completely at home. The location was perfect: there’s a grocery store in the building, a beautiful view of the park and SwanLake, and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city center, but still very convenient. The host was amazing: super kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. I spent a wonderful time here and honestly didn’t want to leave. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

The room is very clean and tidy overall, someone comes to clean every day, the downstairs gentleman is also very friendly, and the service response is also very timely.

The host Mr. Ryan Luan speaks very good English and is always quick to respond to requests or questions. Had a great time staying in Vinhomes Green Bay apartment and will stay again if come back to Hanoi in the future.

Right in the middle of everything! You can not beat the location! The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent three-story accommodation and the friendly host. In particular, I don't think I can overstate the kindness of the host. When I was injured by fire, he asked me about various factors and reassured me. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who came on a trip together at dawn. I'd love to visit this place again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if that day comes, I'll be able😆 to check in more efficiently. Thank you.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

Apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Basic necessities are provided. Sheets are clean. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, a good place.

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Thank you so much for having us :)

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
