Vacation rentals with a pool in Khem Beach

Great stay experience! ❤️The house is as good as the photos! ❤️The house was clean and the pool was wonderful to enjoy for a few days with all the necessary equipment! ❤️The house is in an excellent location!(ps: After the evaluation, the price of the night market next door will be high, shopping and late-night snacks are recommended to go to the city) ❤️Communication was smooth and warm!The host will consult and communicate with the airport transfer from before arrival, this time the driver of the transfer is Thinh, very professional and timely! All in all, the house painted a lot of inklit for our trip!It was an unforgettable experience, I recommend everyone to come👍

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

A very recommended villa to everyone. The host is friendly and the whole place is exactly the same as the picture. This is a good and quiet place for vacation.

Wydnam was a good host with a lovely house who did everything he could to make our stay great. In my opinion he has not hosted many “western” family’s and there fore doesn’t really know what we expect. The house has 4 big double bedrooms and one single but I’m not sure how you would accommodate the suggested 16. In my opinion Wydnam could do with hiring a professional cleaner to help with change overs, the house was clean to a standard but inside cupboards were dirty etc. The house lacks a lot of what you’d expect from an Airbnb in the way of wine glasses, cutlery etc but I think this is just an inexperience from the host of what we expect to see. He also lent us his moped for use free of charge during our stay which was great. All in all a great house and I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only small thing we missed was a drying rack for wet swimsuits, but other than that, everything was great.

The place was very clean and neat. No clutter and good decent bathroom. Amenities provided were as mentioned in the listing. The view is amazing. Great spot to watch the 9pm Kiss of the Sea fireworks and waterworks show both from the balcony and bedroom. They had a built-in cloth hangar in the balcony which was very helpful along with the washer that was in the unit. They provided only body wash and shampoo. Bring conditioner for the warm weather if you are staying here. They have 24 x 7 marts on the ground floor of the building. Food options are limited in May. Unsure how it is in peak season. The Night Bazaar has decent options. Commuting is a challenge if you do not rent a bike/car. Walkable distance to kiss of the sea show, kissing bridge, symphony of the sea, but you must be good at walking and hiking stairs.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The view of the Kiss Bridge and the fireworks was absolutely breathtaking - a truly unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I cannot thank the hosts enough for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to help. From providing local recommendations to ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, they truly went the extra mile. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. I'm grateful for their kindness and would highly recommend staying with them for an unforgettable experience.

This is a beautiful apartment, very spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It's set in a lovely garden, and the pool is excellent, too. It's called Ruby Guesthouse on g-maps, which led to a little confusion finding the place initially. There's not a lot immediately around the apartment, so you'll need some transport, but that's a good idea in Phu Quoc anyway. The hosts organised a scooter, delivered to the apartment, which was a little more expensive than some of the other places, but the bike was fairly new and in good condition, unlike some of the other bikes we rented. Overall, a great place to stay and I'd happily stay here again in the future.

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

This was an amazing place to stay. If I go back to Phu Quoc, you'll only be sure to this apartment. The view from the balcony every evening for a light show and a fireworks were vivid.
