It is next to National stadium where you can see Naadam festival through the window. It takes 20-30 min to the city center. It also takes 20 min to E-mart. We are available to guide you countryside tour, Terelj national park as well as horse riding tour.

Я снимала квартиру у Мелоди на месяц. Квартира очень хорошая, светлая, чистая, удобная, много места , 15 минут до центральной площади, Шангри Ла 7 минут. Красивый вид из окна. К сожалению нам пришлось уехать так как в Уланбаторе случилось наводнение. Мелоди очень нас поддержала, была всегда на связи. Нам вернули деньги без проблем. Я советую эту квартиру. Обязательно сюда вернусь еще раз! I rented this apartment for a month. The apartment is very good, bright, clean, comfortable, plenty of space, 15 minutes to the central square, Shangri La 7 minutes. Nice view from the window. Unfortunately we had to leave because there was a flood in Ulaanbaatar. Melody was very supportive, she was always in touch. We got our money back with no problems. Adis' place is a pristine residence that is cozy, very homely and located in a beautiful area of Ulaanbaatar near the river. Our kids enjoyed the stay much more because of the accessibility to the playground. Highly recommended 👌

Apartment Rent 12 floor

I had some meetings in Yarmag and decided to stay in the area. Really interesting to walk around and between all the new buildings, many still under construction. A very nice bright place with a big table. The only thing it could really do with is some more utensils and dark curtains in the bedroom to keep out the morning sun. A very nice apartment and host, thank you

Odgerel’s place is in a perfect spot, closely located to supermarkets, the park and the city centre. It is very comfortable and clean. This was our second stay here, and if ever back we would return.
