It is next to National stadium where you can see Naadam festival through the window. It takes 20-30 min to the city center. It also takes 20 min to E-mart. We are available to guide you countryside tour, Terelj national park as well as horse riding tour.

The apartment is very spacious and warm. It’s a walking distance from Ulaanbaatar’s main square and there is a small grocery store in the next building. Also, it was such a relief to have a parking space so you don’t have to worry where to leave your car. We felt like home, my mom loved Melody’s plants 😍 The hosts were responsive and flexible with our check in and check out hours. We had to leave very early for the airport, Bayar came to take the keys. Thank you, bayarlala.

It was nice that the accommodation was well located, well-equipped with what I needed, and it was a clean house. In particular, I was on a business trip to the city, so it was very helpful.

Adis' place is a pristine residence that is cozy, very homely and located in a beautiful area of Ulaanbaatar near the river. Our kids enjoyed the stay much more because of the accessibility to the playground. Highly recommended 👌

Apartment Rent 12 floor

I had some meetings in Yarmag and decided to stay in the area. Really interesting to walk around and between all the new buildings, many still under construction. A very nice bright place with a big table. The only thing it could really do with is some more utensils and dark curtains in the bedroom to keep out the morning sun. Odgerel’s place is in a perfect spot, closely located to supermarkets, the park and the city centre. It is very comfortable and clean. This was our second stay here, and if ever back we would return.
