Parking and wifi are also included. The residence is in a boutique 5 story building with only 4 exclusive residences . Each floor of the building is a residence. Arrive in your private elevator to a beautiful rotunda entry where you will be pleasantly surprised at the large, beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, 3 bedroom 3.5 bath residence There is a large grand salon living area and a separate family room, dining room, well stocked state of the art eat in kitchen with breakfast bar, huge master suite, 2 queen ensuites, powder room, large laundry room, and large wraparound terrace that is in a beautiful tropical setting. Our secure parking garage is on the first floor of the building and is very easy to access from our driveway. I will be meeting all guests to check them in and and show them how the 3 large screen TVs work, the 3 air conditioning systems adjust, provide them with the Marriott Private Beach passes, the wifi code, security information and to answer any questions they may have about the Residence or the area so they can have an amazing stay. I live 10 minutes away and am always available if a guests needs anything. We are located in, Harbor Beach, the most prestigious neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. We are 5 miles to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport FLL. There is amazing shopping, ( The Galleria Mall, Sawgrass Mills Outlets, The Shops of Adventura, The Shoppes of Town Center in Boca Raton, the Miami Design District, Bal HarbourShops) and an unlimited amount of fine dining and casual dining, (many within walking distance) and many many others within a mile or 2. The Broward Center of Peforming Arts, the Museum of Discovery & Science, the Fort Lauderdale Art Museum and various performance/sports venues such as Dolphin Stadium, Panthers Areana, the American Airlines Arena, are all nearby. There is a very inexpensive fantastic Trolley that runs up and down the beach and to many nearby attractions and shopping areas. The Water Taxi is also a popular way to cruise from place to place thru the umlimited scenic canals amongst many yachting marinas, amazing exclusive real estate properties and fine and fun eating/drinking establishments. Uber is big in Fort Lauderdale as well as many taxis in the area. Of course driving yourself in your own vehicle or rental vehicle is always an option. We have free parking in our secure garage for our guests. You will be assigned 3 electronic key fobs for you residence and 3 Marriott card passes (Each adult does not need their own) for the Resort (next door), also a garage door opener. It is important not to misplace any of these items. Please note, primary renter/guest must meet minimum age requirement of 30 years old. Primary renter/guest must be on the premises during stay.
