Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach

This was our second visit to this home. The house, location and landlord are all perfect.The house has everything that you could possibly need and Sharon is a proactive landlord who is truly concerned that your stay is everything you hope for. In the past we have rented numerous houses on Key Colony but we'll always check first to see if this house is available first from now on.

Our family enjoyed a nice relaxing stay. Great accommodations and outdoor space. The Cabana Club access to the pool and beach were an added bonus. We would come back and stay again. Key Colony Beach is a cute little area and we also loved watching the sunsets and singing with the locals at Sunset Park down the road.

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

John was super easy to communicate with, very responsive and if I had any issues he responded promptly!! We will definitely be coming back to this house next summer!! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay for family vacation or guys fishing trip. Plenty of dock space to park the boat and easy access to the Atlantic. House is clean and all amenities worked as they should. Would definitely recommend to a family or friend. Mary was a great host who provided all information without even requesting it.

I was very happy when I walked in the door, it had everything that I needed and more during my stay. Every door or cabinet that I opened had something that could be useful during anyones stay. From the moment that I started inquiring about the rental to the very end of my stay, they were very helpful with all the questions that I had and always responded promptly. I highly recommend renting from them. I look forward to staying in their rental next year.

A Perfect Getaway! Our stay at this fabulous Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The house was beautiful, clean, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the open water. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was absolutely unforgettable. Brad, our host, was fantastic—super responsible, quick to respond, and incredibly easy to communicate with. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The location was ideal for anyone who loves peace, nature, and especially fishing. We had plenty of opportunities to fish right from the property, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront escape. We can't wait to come back!.

The location was amazing. The house was dated and needed some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpets were in need of replacing. Can't beat the location.

The condo and the whole condo complex was beautiful. The pool was great, with an awesome view. Plenty of places to sit at the pool and in the surrounding areas. One thing to note is that the condo has no closets and no place to hang clothes. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, as we were able to put things on shelves. Frank was very responsive when we needed something. The Marathon area has plenty of things to do and it’s close enough for a day trip to Key West.

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great location and super clean. We love it here and look forward to booking again for next year! It is a nice and familiar place for us.

I was very pleased with Anne and her Airbnb. As I mentioned in the Q&A, the room was really spotless. It has been freshly refurbished. What was great was that Anne was so proactive, she sent us a things to do list, restaurants to try list, and other tips. From there, I tried and loved two of the restaurants. (Island Fish Co and Sparky’s). On the way home, we stopped at the dolphin Institute, which was very entertaining. Five stars for the Airbnb, and five stars for Anne as a host.

This was our first family trip to the Keys and this location in Marathon was ideal! The condo was welcoming, beautiful and spacious for our family of 3. The balcony was our favorite place, which overlooked the pool and the seashore. The beach was lovely for shorter walks and just "being" with the ocean. Fun seashells & hermit crabs at low tide! Lots to do in the area -- definitely hoping to return next year. Mike was fantastic host & super helpful with questions.

This condo is brand new, well designed, clean & beautiful. There are some very thoughtful extra amenities that were of help to us. (Cooler bag, insulated travel mugs, beach blanket). We used the gas grill without difficulty. Photos and description are accurate. Yuni was immediately responsive to offer recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Sea Bird Marina is the place you want to go if you have a boat. Plenty of slips and great help by TONY❣️❣️ everyone at the marina is very helpful. Plenty of great restaurants. We loved it there and will definitely be going back ❣️❣️

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful Condominium! The host was absolutely fabulous - super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We live Marathon and this condo is in the perfect location and minutes away from shopping, restaurants and activities.

My husband and I chose this place for part of our honeymoon, and we were so happy we did! We absolutely loved it, even more than the resort we paid double the price for in Key West. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was equally clean, never too crowded, and offered a really peaceful atmosphere. Having a full kitchen was a huge benefit for us, it allowed us to save money on meals and enjoy some home-cooked food. We were also incredibly lucky to have a beautiful view of the water from our room. We loved waking up each morning, making breakfast in our kitchen, and eating it on our little patio while enjoying the view. There’s lots of cool stuff to do in Islamorada, and the location of this place made it easy to explore everything. We had such a wonderful experience and would love to return someday!

Jonelle was very responsive and helpful! Condo is spacious, clean, and full of kitchen ware. Pool is clean and quiet for when we were there. The location is on the south side of the island so restaurants and shops are a drive. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

This was our second time at Jennifer & Kimberly’s Airbnb . It’s clean , comfortable and in a great area . Amenities as listed on site. The views to the waterfront from the raised porch a perfect nook to read in the sunshine , enjoy food and beverages . There is a pool on the grounds and if you fish a large dock where you may even see a manatee and other ocean life (we weren’t so lucky this visit) but we were told there was one with her baby. There is horse shoes by the community centre . It would be awesome if they added shuffle board since I doubt they could fit a pickleball court . The Airbnb has 3 wheeled bikes to ride around the grounds . There is the new addition of the elevator but the walk up the stairs very doable . We would rent again from Jennifer and Kimberly.

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.

Top Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Ruhige Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auf der überdachten Veranda hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Meer und Umgebung. Super ausgestattet und super sauber!!! We'll be back!
