Condo vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach

Wonderful place to stay. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We used the bikes (free) but did not have time to use the kayaks (free). Our children were well entertained by fish and nurse sharks in the small harbour and we had a great time in the pool. Definitely a place I will recomend.

Beautiful condo right on the water. Heidi was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay in the condo again.

Sea Isle #8 was even better than listed. The condo was larger than it seemed in the listing, with plenty of space for my family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even a crock pot! The balcony, pool, beach, tiki hut and grills allowed us to spend most of our time outdoors. If you have the chance to visit Marathon, Edmund's condo is a great place to stay.

Enjoyed the great room location with cold a/c, quiet atmosphere, perfect saltwater pool, and beautiful views. We got to enjoy seeing manatees, dolphins, and iguanas from the property. There are quite a few great places right near for a quick good sandwich or bait for fishing. Will definitely be back!

Kim’s condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils if you decide to stay in from eating out. Make sure to check out Sunset Park that is located right beside the Continental (where condo is located). If you’re looking for a wonderful place to eat, try the Key Colony Inn that’s located at the end of the street. Super good food! We will definitely be back!

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

very charming and spacious place. the master bedroom (captains quarters) is massive, and my two friends and I had more than enough room to spread out. There were plenty of towels and items for daily living (well stocked kitchen, laundry items, grilling utensils). the pool is separate from a condo but a short walk away. We had a hard time initially locating our condo b/c we didn't see a unit # outside the door itself, and went up/down the flights of stairs a few times before we found it. But once we did, it was smooth sailing. (2nd floor, take a right.) Gorgeous views and spacious patio!

Our stay was amazing. The staff that runs the condo very friendly always cleaning all the common areas. Peter kept the beach areas clean every morning. Very quiet we rented kayaks and paddle that out to the sandbar every day. It was beautiful.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We all felt super at home. The kids made their space on the patio and loved the outdoor TV. We fished from the pier and beach, took day trips, and enjoyed dinner nightly on the patio. overall, exceed expectations.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay here in Key Largo! Daniel was quick to respond even after I had to message him after midnight, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of him but he responded quick . I appreciate the house being clean and equipped with everything we needed. Look forward to visit again one day!

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay at Rich's place. There were 6 of us (and our dog) so we were able to sleep on the first and third floors and then hang out together, watch TV, eat, etc. on the second floor. There was a lot to do in the complex (e.g., paddleboard the in the lagoon and fish off the jetty), and we were close to a ton of restaurants and places to do other activities as well. Rich was very responsive and checked on us often. We felt very safe. Would return again!

This was hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. It had EVERYTHING we needed besides basic groceries. It was also extremely clean when we arrived, everything worked properly and was in incredible condition. The pool was amazing - they play great music down there and there was even such a good food truck right outside the condo we went to a couple of times. The sunrise and view was so stunning each morning! I don’t have a single negative comment about our stay or the place! Thank you Michael!

Daniel's place is a great find. It is part of a friendly, gated community. The unit is across from a pond. It's just steps from the pool. The kitchen is small, but has a new coffee maker, stove, dishwasher and fridge (full size, ice maker, water dispenser). There's a super quiet, brand new washer/dryer, too. Several types of coffee in the cupboard, whole bags. There are plenty of dishes and different types of glassware for drinks. There's a heavenly screened in porch that faces the pool courtyard. It is well shaded. The entry porch has a table and chairs and catches sunset. Bikes, pool noodles, a cooler, boogie board and fishing poles are on porch. There was a basket of pool towels, too. No assigned parking spot right at your door, but you shouldn't be too far from the unit. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. Bedrooms were comfy. TVs in each bedroom and living area. Older carpet in the upstairs is the only flaw (as possible allergy trigger vs decor issue.) An amazing place!

Please stop looking and book this spot, you will not regret it! Kim provided a list of full things to do for dining, for fun, and much more. Honestly all you need is this spot and Kim’s recommendations. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants with great views and beautiful live music. Don’t have to drive no where to far because everything is less than 5 miles, sombreo beach is beautiful and is just around the condo. Please don’t even bother driving to Key West stay here and enjoy the Keys:) it’s absolutely beautiful and get your own private beach and the pool is so refreshing and CLEAN. No loud music or rowdy crowds, just bliss of relaxation. I’m so happy I booked this spot for our honeymoon and plan to come back for our anniversary or anniversaries. Had a very romantic dinner at the steak and lobster, again Kim’s recommendation!Which was delicious but don’t forget to make reservations. Kim you place had everything we needed. Service was so prompt for everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The property had a relaxing pool and a beautiful beach area. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and then eating dinner by the ocean. There aren’t a ton of units at the property so there was only a handful of guests, which made it seem very private and relaxing. Kim was a wonderful host and gave us recommendations of what to do and where to eat. She was very responsive. We didn’t have any major issues but I know she would have handled them quickly. We really enjoyed our time in the Keys and didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay in this beautiful property. Kim was amazing and so friendly I felt like we were friends for years! The condo was immaculate and the property was beautiful and well maintained. Every person on the property was so nice and engaging too. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it! Perfect location too! I will stay here again for sure !

My wife and I had a great time here. The place was cute and had a beautiful view. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Kim was there to make sure our every question was answered and all our needs were met. This was a perfect location… a 10 min drive to Publix and Starbucks, and 15 min to Bahia Honda park. I would hilly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was perfect right next to the ocean and awesome pool. We enjoyed the balcony watching all of the wildlife and waves of the ocean. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again soon.

We stayed here for a week and it was such a blast, didn't want to leave! The beach is quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and nice too. Kim's instructions were very clear, and I never had to ask any questions. I'm hoping we will be back next year!
