Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and you can taste the authentic atmosphere through the wooden skeleton. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transport. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Very comfortable studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: approx. 30 min Ddorf Airport: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cosy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

This beautiful historic apartment is located in the center of the popular Bottendaal district. All amenities are nearby. The center is within walking distance (5 minutes) and the apartment is located around the corner from Nijmegen Central Station (2 min). Only paid parking is possible in the street. Free parking is 10 minutes' walk away. Within 2 minutes' walking distance, you can park for 11 euros a day (Keizerkarelpleingarage).
