Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The 1st floor apartment can be reached via an outside staircase. Not accessible. 45m² on 2 levels - the living room with cozy seating area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 hotplates and mini oven, kettle. One large bedroom with double bed and possibility to set up a cot or folding bed. The loft bed above the living room is the favorite place for children from about 4 years. Washing machine in the bathroom 2024 Minimum stay 1 week

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. In the immediate vicinity is the Alps Adria University of Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, Lake Wörthersee. Mobility is possible in many ways. The bike path passes by the apartment. There are restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy within easy walking distance. The apartment has just been restored and prepared with a lot of love. It's waiting for you!

A natural log house in the middle of nature and yet only 2 kilometers to Lake Wörthersee and 5 kilometers to the city center of Klagenfurt. The Seltenheim golf course can be reached in 1 km.
