A pleasant apartment of 40 m2, 2 comfortable rooms in a small residence in a good location with easy walking distance to the city center (18 min) and roads to get out of the city. Very quiet with terrace overlooking greenery, not overlooked. Kitchen equipped and designed for longer stays. Possibility for 4 people because sofa can be converted into a real bed. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (easy staircase). Private parking space at the bottom of the building + Bus at the foot of the residence.
