Beautiful home, and beautiful land. We had such a great weekend at The Ranch House. We had all the peace and quiet we needed and were comfortable. Clear entrance instructions and easy check in/out. Would definitely book again.

  We had a fantastic stay! The house had plenty of space for our three families, making it comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids, and the view was absolutely stunning—we loved spending our mornings and evenings taking it all in. The home itself is beautifully maintained, stylish, and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!  

My family of 12, and 4 kids just had an amazing weekend at this property. It was very private, but yet there are stores nearby if you need anything. The guys had a great time being able to fish whenever they wanted and having the pool & jacuzzi to ourselves was another plus! Besides the great amenities at our disposal, Matthew was an amazing host. He began to communicate with me the moment I booked, up to the time we left regarding anything we may need or questions. Very kind and accommodating. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend if you are looking to have a private ranch get away with multiple people.

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

Great place to relax

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Gail, the host, is one of those rare people who instantly puts you at ease — warm, genuine, and truly authentic. It honestly felt like we had known her for years. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail, both inside and out, was clearly chosen with care and intention. The interior was refined and beautifully curated — a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The enclosed courtyard with the pool was the cherry on top — private, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. We spent hours just soaking it all in and truly didn’t want to leave. Gail, thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. This experience was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!

Loved this place and would stay again. Felt very much like a home away from home. The ranch and the sheep were so cool, and at night I could see all the stars. Hope to return!

The house was beautiful and has a modern touch. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor area, especially for sunrise and sunsets! Sharon was very accommodating and responsive! We would definitely come back!

great place for a family getaway. turtle Creek was beautiful and great hidden swimming gem. we loved that there was like "2 wings" of the home.

This place was great and met my needs perfectly. I was very grateful for the garage, because a hail storm moved in just as I was arriving. I was able to safely get myself and my vehicle inside and avoid hail damage. The kitchen had all the space and amenities I needed to cook right there. Great value, great spot.

We had a wonderful time at Lanell’s place and loved the house. There are so many cozy aspects to the home and land and it was a great stay for Father’s Day weekend. I would definitely stay again and we appreciated the communication whenever a question arose. This place is a perfect spot for a group if you’re visiting Los Maples, Garner or just want to get away, sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

The place was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time with family and especially enjoyed the lake. And we would be looking forward to coming again

Thank you, Laura! Casa Carmen saved the day for us! We were in Kerrville for a family member’s Celebration of Life and then a sorting of her estate. Our first night in town at a hotel was extremely disappointing, so I was looking for an alternative and amazingly Casa Carmen was available for the next five nights! It was fabulous! We loved everything about it. The architecture, the history, the interior design, the shower, the location (close to everything), the amenities…… It was such a treat to be able to come “home” to Casa Carmen each evening after very long and stressful days. We hope to be able to stay again before too long. Thanks so much, Laura! (The only thing we would point out is that the floor transitions between some rooms took some getting used to!)

We absolutely loved this place! It was bigger than we thought it was going to be, and it had plenty of beds for our group of 11. The kids loved the pool table room, and we all loved the location! It was out in the middle of nowhere with 360 degree beautiful views, and we could see ALL the stars at night. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! Kathy was very responsive and her home was amazing! We loved the jukebox, Dr Pepper machine and all the amenities! The whole Texaco Station theme was next level! It was a great place to make family memories for my son’s graduation! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We absolutely loved our stay here so much we extended our trip by a day. It was so beautiful and peaceful. A perfect weekend getaway to unplug. We are already our next trip back. The host was super friendly and incredibly responsive. Can’t wait to be back.

I really enjoyed my one night at Kali's place and will definitely consider it when returning to Kerrville. I was supposed to share the cost with a colleague who did not end up coming. It was a bit pricey for one person.

We had a relaxing week at Caroline’s Cottage. I enjoyed listening to the doves as we drank coffee and cooked breakfast on their beautiful gas stove. A great location for walking, shopping and just being! Definitely worth another visit for sure! Great hosts as well!

Place was beautiful! we loved the drive and the views during night was worth everything! it is very hard to get mobile signal in the area, again it's depending on the network you're with, but I'd recommend to download an offline map! very peaceful, secluded, spacious, and beautifully maintained stay! i will definitely recommend staying at Evolve's staysort!!

Excellent place for a large extended family of 10 to come together for there annual get away. We had plenty of space without anyone feeling like we were tripping over each other. That is so important with teens and preteens. Thank you again for opening your family home to us. It was just what we needed.

Lovely & spacious home nestled in the Texas Hill Country. House is well stocked with kitchen needs, linens & toiletries. Offers stylish decor and pristine spaces. The availability of the washer/dryer was a plus! The highlight of our stay was the deer that came to feed in front of the house morning & evening. Had to contact host past checking in time for access code because it had not been provided. Also, instructions for kayak/canoe access were not clear enough & message sent asking for clarification was not replied to. Despite communication not meeting our expectations, we would definitely return to this property!

This is definitely one we’d love to return to. Very clean and the drive to the property was beautiful. One stand out surprise was the big billy goats! We got to see four as they walked down the property. One thing i’d say is didn’t know about the beehives until we booked.
