This beautiful and stylishly furnished Villa in Lucerne City is a wonderful choice for families and groups alike. A freshly renovated holiday home with a swimming pool (from mid April to mid October) awaits you with a direct view of Lake Sarnen and the Swiss Alps. Here you can escape your everyday life perfectly and enjoy full privacy. Centrally located, various activities are at your disposal: Lucerne and the ski resorts Melchsee-Frutt and Engelberg are just around the corner, the lake is only a short walk away and cities such as Zurich and Interlaken can be reached within an hour.

The 2-room apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, dining and living room with separate bedroom, separate bathroom and private parking is located on the garden level connected by a few steps of an attractive, well-kept house with beautiful views of the Pilatus. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach the golf courses Meggen and Küssnacht as well as boat stations, the valley stations of our local mountain Pilatus and the Rigi.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
