HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

Superb newly renovated villa, just above the water, with stunning views of a charming little harbor. Villa An Dro can accommodate up to 6 people with its parental suite, its bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and its 2 single beds on the mezzanine. A large south facing garden (70m2) with BBQ area. 2 minutes walk from the Grande Plage, 5 minutes from the bustling Carnac Plage. Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning costs.
