La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Gite with independent access with 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden. The ground floor is composed of an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and two terraces: a large terrace with views of nature and the garden with tables, sun loungers, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with two garden chairs. The floor consists of a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom (new shower installed mid-October 2025) and a separate toilet.

Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.
