Vacation rentals with beach access in Kenz-Küstrow

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

Ideal with a dog, out the front door and almost on the beach. I loved it at 6 am with both dogs along the sea and the beach belongs only to us. Beautifully quiet location. You can also go out the front door and to the left you are almost in the forest and can hike there for miles. You can also get to Sassnitz quickly by car.

Very pleasant host, enjoyed our stay

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

There were two of us at Vera's. The guest house is on the property with a separate entrance door. We are allowed to put our car under the carport. Vera greeted us very kindly and gave us eggs from her own quails. We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is completely sufficient and very well equipped. Everything you need is there. Vera also gave a tip on where to see the most beautiful sunset. In short, we were extremely satisfied and can only recommend Vera as a host.

We very much enjoyed this apartment! The stay is nice and spacious and has a beautiful conservatory with sea views. You can enjoy breakfast or relax after a long walk. The accommodation is perfect! Very nice clean and everything is modern. The kitchen and bathroom are also fantastic. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back sometime to see even more beautiful things from the island!

Super vacation home, there's no other way to describe it. The apartment is very easily accessible from Rügendamm and yet quiet, surrounded by nature. However, you have to drive to get to a business. Altefähr is within walking distance in about 3 km. In about 5 minutes, however, you can also reach Stralsund by car. The rest of the island of Rügen is also easily accessible. The apartment had everything you needed. In addition to a really impressive size, a beautiful terrace to the SW side with a view in the direction of Stralsund, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. The furniture makes a high-quality impression. In particular, the dining table was great. The kitchen appliances also worked perfectly and yes, we have never seen such a clean toaster. There is no Wi-Fi, but that was actually quite good. The statement “No hot water” in the listing was a bit confusing, but of course we didn't have to freeze or take a cold shower. A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

A really nice place where we felt at home. Plenty of nature, and only 800 meters from the beach. It was clean, decent and cozy. We appreciated the good amenities, such as the outdoor spa and shower. All in all, a wonderful stay! We recommend it and would love to come back!

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We felt very comfortable and had great days in Neuhaus and the surrounding area! The cottage is small but nice. You have everything you need. It was preheated when we arrived and the check-in was very relaxed thanks to the door code. We will be happy to come back!

Accommodation was good for us as train travelers to reach, good ferry connection. Apartment was tastefully decorated and had good facilities. Excursions were also easily accessible.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth
