Vacation rentals with a patio in Kent County

We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

The birds nest was charming. The mid-century decor was so fun. Loved the retro record player and The Beach Boys album took me back. Well equipt kitchen, bath and laundry. I would suggest the steps be repaired and repainted since it is the first impression. A small eat in table and 2 chairs could be added along the back wall. The transition from kitchen to LR is high and the LR rug needs to be secured. Bedding was comfortable and washer and dryer very helpful. Would like to have been able to just put the dishes in dishwasher and start it vs having to wash and put everything away. Jordan was extremely responsive and the code door access was easy. I didn’t realize we needed to put the code in when we left to lock it but we figured it out after the first trip out. The cost was reasonable considering our stay was during Tulip Time

My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend because we were going to see a show at the arena. My boyfriend is a very anxious traveler and had never stayed at an Airbnb. He felt completely at home and gave rave reviews. Itwonderfully peaceful. Sharon had everything we could possibly think of that we would need. it was better stocked than my own house! thank you Sharon!

This place was great! Ana responded quickly and gave clear instructions for parking and accessing the AirBnB. The AirBnB itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location is excellent for this AirBnB as well.

Great location, short walk to stores and restaurants. Lots of space. Nice size kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms with closets. Perfect spot in town.

The area was calm and comfortable. It was in a great neighborhood close by Grand Rapids down town. The basement rental itself was beautiful with great accommodations. We had our own garage parking spot and access to the flat directly from the garage. We had a lot of space to fit four adults. We were equipped with everything we needed for our stay and it was spacious even with four adult residents. The bedrooms in particular were amazing with very comfortable beds. The overall style, lighting, and furniture were well put together, increasing the over-all value of the stay. For us, the favorite part was their outside area. A gorgeous garden with a covered patio with a really cool gas heater. Beyond the location and place, the host; Paul, was incredible. He was easy to communicate with, hospitable, and overall seemed like a good guy. He responded quickly to any inquiry we had and this is a trait that is truly undervalued when renting a place.

Jonah’s place was absolutely perfect for our large group! So many bathrooms, bedrooms, and spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool, but the golf simulator was a big hit as well. The beach is well maintained and was perfect for the kids to enjoy during the day, and had a great bonfire space with spare camp chairs for everyone to borrow in the evenings. The kitchen is large with 2 refrigerators and stocked well with almost any cooking necessity you could need. We had one small issue with a breaker tripping, Jonah was incredibly responsive and sent someone out to check it out and fix it within the hour. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay for a quick trip to the area! Location was great, easy access to the highway making travel to nearby towns quick and convenient. The house was clean and private, huge backyard space and being fully fenced in was great for traveling with our dog. Amenities like laundry detergent, a stocked kitchen, and bathroom toiletries were great to have as well. Great place!

This is in the perfect location. Close to all great attractions and easy freeway access. The home provides everyone some space and you are definitely not on top of one another. I would recommend this to anyone in the future.

Beautiful home. We were very pleased staying here. We think it was a little pricy for 2 days but that could be because of the location or special events in the area. We had a group and split cost so it was not so bad! Super easy check in and the hosts were VERY responsive and made things very easy. If im ever staying in the area again, i would definitely be a return customer!

I loved this space! It had everything you need & I loved how I was able to park in the garage! It was a peaceful area which is a plus! It was clean & comfortable! It is absolutely a great location! I will definitely book with him again! Thank you

we stayed 3 nights at Krissy's. House was clean and was equipped with essentials. I have issues with mold so I'm always a bit concerned , but had no issues. We discovered the keurig not working when we got there, Krissy was very responsive and had a new one delivered the next am. The mattress we slept on was not that comfy, our girls slept in the king bed and said it was comfy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
