Cabin vacation rentals in Kenai

Gloria was amazing! I had a rented a cabin for the night for a surprise 16th bday for my daughter! I originally had a small cabin booked, but was upgraded, for free, to a huge, beautiful cabin. She allowed me to check in early in the morning, instead of at 4pm, so I could decorate! She also allowed us to extend check out time so we could enjoy the place as much as possible! They have a wellness center, with a huge sauna, hot tub and massage chairs! Also has a massive fire pit area, as well as a restaurant! I would recommend this place a million times over!

Pictures don't do justice for sure. What a lovely little getaway. The hot tub was immaculate. which was really nice. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. I felt right at home. I would absolutely rent again. My only little thing that was a little off was the no windows coverings in the sitting area. Other than that. it was amazing.

Quiet and easy place to stay. Had a lot of things to do but we were too busy fishing to do them.

The house was super clean, well-organized, and everything was labeled, so it was easy to find what we needed and know where to put things back. It had all the amenities you could want, including an amazing hot tub with an awesome view of the lake. The wraparound deck and the fire pit down by the lake were perfect for relaxing. Plus, the dock made it easy to fish and kayak – so many fun outdoor activities! The house was really spacious, and although there was only two of us and we kept to the main house, the other one was available. This place would be awesome for a family trip or a getaway with friends. We’re already thinking about coming back next year to tackle the Kenai River with our friends. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and made us feel really welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

we loved our stay. cute place had what we needed. outhouse was super clean. fenced in run to let our dog go to the bathroom. Colleen was very responsive. we would definitely stay again.

Pat was a great host. although he had to leave out of town before we arrived he communicated when we had to ask questions. Cabin is perfect with great ammenities. Loved being able to have access to firewood and the view could never be beat. Would reccomend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Torri was fast a responding to a question and very helpful. We enjoyed the cabin a lot.

I love staying at the Birch Tree Cabins! Andy is always very helpful and responsive. This was our second stay at Birch Tree Cabins. The first time we stayed in the Moose Cabin and this year we tried the Wolf Den. Both cabins are wonderful and equipped with everything we needed: range, microwave, coffee maker, and hot water for those much needed hot showers after a rainy day! Thank you Andy for another great stay!

We loved this cabin! Peaceful and private, with everything we needed—comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a well-equipped space. Sandy was especially wonderful—super friendly and gave us great local fishing advice that really made our trip. Robert was also quick to respond and helpful. Perfect spot to relax and a great base for exploring the area!

I am a touring comedian and it was so nice to just find a place with a hot tub to chill alone in the woods by a lake. The hosts were fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this little get away spot.

Great Stay in Logan's cabin. Beds were comfy and the cabin was really cute. Had a great little fridge and the communal bathrooms were clean, close, and spacious. I liked that they had a washing machine for guests to use (pay $4 electronically). We cooked outside on the grill and with our camping gear, nice picnic table and seating in front of the cabin. If you will be busy all day and need a comfy place with just enough amenities at a great price, this is the place!

Stayed here with my mom; her first time to Alaska and to surprise her brother who lives nearby. She loved the cozy log cabin feel and fireplace. Very quiet, had an eagle land in the tree outside, walked next door to see the historic cabin, she was able to cook a homecooked meal for my uncle in the kitchen😁 I would definitely stay here again. Bryan and Rhonda were very helpful on checkin and very quick to respond. They recommended Rockys Cafe, its worth the drive. Beds were very comfortable. A little bit out of the way, but worth it as a great place to relax and explore Kenai, Soldotna and even Homer.

Dan’s place was great—and Jaxon and Kirk were wonderful hosts! We booked last minute due to an unexpected change in plans and Dan was terrific at communicating so that we could get accommodations we required. The location is gorgeous and the cabins were immaculate. We had a great time and will definitely recommend Dan’s place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great stay!

This Airbnb is ideal for a group fishing trip. It has a cozy cabin feel, with plenty of beds to accommodate a large group. Alex, the host. is super easy to work with. He went out of his way to quickly resolve an issue we ran into with one of the large appliances. If you have a large family or group going to the northeast part of the Kenai, this is where you will want to stay.

This was the coolest place we stayed during our AK trip! Kristin was an incredibly kind host and her place was so charming and peaceful. The view of the lake was spectacular and felt very secluded—like our own little lake house. The place was also very unique; we really felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in Cabin 1, which sits on a bluff and has breathtaking views of the river and the Kenai Mountains. After an easy check-in, the owners Joy and Tom stopped by to welcome us to the property, and they gave us a tour of the new club house, which is a great place to hang out after a day of fishing or hiking. This property is amazing, the cabin felt like home, and the owners were amazing. We highly recommend these cabins for your stay, and we plan to stay again when we return in September. This was one of the best parts of our trip, and was the perfect base camp for our adventures on the Kenai Peninsula.

Amazing stay! Dean was very responsive and helpful and gave us some fishing tips as well. We found a ton of agates in the beach and saw lots of bald eagles hunting. Pristine off grid stay with an outhouse and lots of stuff for upkeep (wood, coals etc). Would come back here with more fishing gear!

Once you arrive at Cabins OnThe Bluff you’re never ready to leave! The level of tranquility you feel in the beautiful surroundings is euphoric. Julie and Chuck have thought of every possible detail for your convenience and comfort. Will happily come again and highly recommend. Thank you for being fabulous hosts!
