Vacation rentals with a patio in Kemalpaşa

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean, peaceful, the house has a unique aura. It is a ground floor apartment in old Izmir, 2 blocks behind the elevator, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

High-rise apartments offer sea views and great city views. The 1st floor outdoor pool Soosil is great. It's like it's filled with fresh water. Shops and restaurants are on the first floor If you have a car, access to the city will be even better.

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

I have stayed several times at Zeki's place and I have always felt good. Any small problem that occurred was easily solved thanks to the kindness and prompt response of this host. The only drawback, let's say, is the considerable slope of the road to reach the house, if you don't want to take a taxi, with luggage it can be very tiring. It is therefore necessary to balance, according to the available budget, whether to use a taxi or not. Otherwise, highly recommended

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

It is one of the best places I have stayed so far. The location is very good and very clean. The host is a very good person and behaved very well. I will choose it again on our next visit to Izmir.

lovely place to stay and right in the centre of Alsancak

It was as it appeared in the photos. We stayed with my family, 6 people were very comfortable. Having a microwave etc. in the kitchen made our job very comfortable. The house was tidy and clean. I got quick responses to my questions. I was able to reach it easily when I was at home and at the greeting. We used the internet without any problems.

Had a really nice couple of days here. Nice, safe neighbourhood not too far from public transport or to the centre of town and a very pretty house.

I don't know where to start, which one to tell, but I can briefly say that it was a great experience for my family and me. Nily was an extremely caring, extremely responsive host, answering all your questions quickly :) I definitely can't describe the house in words. It's like we went back in time, but new things we love today came with us on this journey. A magnificent blend of yesterday and today. Everything you need is abundantly available in and around the house. Especially that backyard will really relieve all your fatigue, you can be sure of that :) In addition, the house is close to many places and we had no problems with transportation. In summary, if you want to have such a beautiful experience that you don't even want to go back to your own home, you shouldn't think about it. See you again soon :)

The house was extremely perfect. Thank you very much to Mrs. Esim. The pool was a little dirty due to the natural environment. We took care of it, but it would be healthier if there was chlorine and a filter. Other than that, we had no problems. Thank you for your hospitality. I will clarify the dates this week and make the reservation to see you again in September.

I has a wonderful stay in Izmir. The stonehouse is beautifully cozy and very well equipped. With the AC in the living room the 37 degrees we're easily manageable. Communication was super supportive. 5 Stars for the hosts!

The house was nicely furnished, clean and felt very comfortable. Ms. Gülcan was also solution-oriented and had good communication, but unfortunately, our upper floor was also rented out on Airbnb and the family that stayed there was a crowded family with many children. So there were days when we slept through the screams and woke up to the loudest marches. Still, we gave it 5 stars because we think this is an exception and Ms. Gülcan did her best. He tried to resolve it and responded quickly to our messages regardless of the time difference. We recommend that people who want to stay ask who is staying upstairs. Other than that, they can easily stay.

We thank Mr. Adnan very much for everything, he is a very kind and good person. We had a wonderful 6 days, although it is not a touristic location, it is a good place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. He also took good care of us and provided the missing little things in half an hour. It was a clean and comfortable house with all kinds of technological items. It is a house we would like to stay in if we come to Izmir again.
