Homestay feels like real home. The design giving aesthetic vibesss. Equipment and amenities lengkap, semua cukup. The house sejuk (even tak open aircond). Recommended to stay with your friends/family.

Nice room, great location and responsive and friendly host. However, the bathroom is a bit dirty. Other than that, all great!

Very comfortable. The basic facilities provided are complete enough for us 2 adults and 2 children. Clean, comfortable bedroom and toilet. Close to tourist attractions. On the ground floor there are several shops suitable for hanging out and chilling.

Our 2nd stay here. Very safe very homey. Everything's clean and readily available. When the toilet hose leaked at night, suraj immediately arranged for repair.

Convenient, excellent location & overall value for money

The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in an hour early. The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay—definitely planning to come back when we're in KB again! Parking was a bit tight, so we chose to park outside the building.

First of all, make sure to register your vehicle’s plate number before entering the property. Even if you park according to the instructions, your car can still be clamped if the plate number is not registered. Unfortunately, ours was clamped during check-out, even though we had been staying there for three days. Huge shout-out to the wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful, and proactive. She assisted us quickly and helped resolve the clamping issue smoothly. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit is located on the 23rd floor of a 24-storey building, so you get a beautiful high-rise view. The place is well-equipped for light cooking, with good kitchen appliances and a complete set of cutlery for four people. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this booking.

A very clean and adequately furnished unit. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets are all clean. Just follow her instructions to get into the unit. The building's guards are also very helpful. There's a nice pool but we didnt have time to use it. Opposite the building there's a 7-11 and dobby. Has a nice view of the Kelantan River and KB town from the balcony.

Had a great stay here ! Host very responsive and friendly even with short notice 😁 .. Instructions very clear also the place match description and the view at night awesome . Great food place called SIAM nearby also beside KB Mall and a few 400m to aeon . Hope to visit again

Ms Shin's house is very clean and gave a clear instruction on how to check in and check out. The house exactly as in photo and description. Ms. Shin is very helpful and response fast. It would be great if Ms Shin provides bottled drinking waters, towels and 3 in 1 drinks because we need to go out to buy all these things once we reach and shops quite far from out homestay. Apart from that we had nice stay here and recommended for family with children to stay here.
