I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Nini is very kind, her apparment is clean and very cozy, the location is amazing and the services at the hotel 10/10. If i come back to Guadauri i deffinitly book again, Nini is a great host.

Cosy little studio in an absolutely premiere location. The closest you can get to the gondola ski lift. Driving out of the parking garage might be tricky for smaller cars.

Very friendly and friendly

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and friendly host, the hotel itself is nice and has spa center with an amazing view of the mountains. The hotel is just near one of the slope but you need to drive, walk or use the lift to get to the New Gudauri where is the main area of ski rentals, restaurants etc. I definitely recommend this hotel)))

David is very responsible host. When we really need his assistance he answer even at night and resolve our problems.

It exceeded my expectations. Bathroom, view from the window, large smart TV with Netflix, the apartment has absolutely everything, aesthetic design. Checking in was very easy, with detailed instructions, it felt like they were waiting for me. And a welcome bottle of wine) I'd love to come back again!

I liked everything! The host's wife, Maria, communicated with us, is very attentive and hospitable, was always in touch. The room is clean and stylish. We were out of season and we were a little unlucky, the lights were turned off a couple of times. But all the locals say is a rarity, plus seasonal preparation, so there are no complaints about that. Otherwise boldly recommend))

The host, Levan, was very friendly and provided all my help locally, including phone cards, currency exchange, and took me to a lot of places to visit.Thank you so much for his help on this trip. The location of the room is also good, just on the side of the snow, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the cable car.The room is clean and large, the view is very good, the view is beautiful, and everything is convenient around. Thank you again Levan and I'll be back.

a very nice apartment at a very good location, the only ski-in ski-out in New Gudauri. The apartment is full with cooking tools and a very nice kitchen. the shower was better than other apartments I stayed in in that building. the only downside was lack of small things like toilet paper, carbon bag etc', we got over those in The Spar that is a few minutes walk. I highly recommend going there

Had a great stay in Gudauri! The host was very nice and flexible with check-out. The apartment had everything needed—cozy and well-heated, just 100 meters from the Gondola lift. I like the fact that it had laundry. Ski rental is conveniently located in the same building. Perfect spot for a ski trip!

I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with our stay The apartment was accurate to the description, very nice Ski hills within walking distance Our host was super responsive when we arrived (when it was 4am) And finally he was flexible with our checkout conditions! I highly recommend it!! And I will happily renew my stay!

Stayed 8 days and were very satisfied! A cozy, comfortable, warm apartment. There is everything you need and more... Very convenient location - everything you need is nearby: shop, restaurants, rentals, lift... Transparent balcony - exactly as described: air, mountains, beauty! The hostess is very responsive - quickly received answers to all questions. Special thanks for your help with the transfer. The driver Jamal brightened up the trip with interesting stories about Georgia and more, showed historical places and turned the expected boring trip into an unforgettable tour. Thank very much

What an amazing apartment. Located right next to the Ski gondola and plenty of skii rentals and restaurants around, super convenient! Check in was smooth as there was a 24/7 reception. Can’t emphasize on how easy it was to get around from the room to the skii lifts in just about 3/4 mins. If you would choose another apartments away form the ski area you would easily spend frustrated amount of time getting stuck in blocked roads and had to find parking. Lasha was very kind and flexible to accommodate out late check in and check out request. Thanking him Personally for letting us stay at his apartment at such an unbeatable price. Nice and cozy place in a quiet area, away from noises. We were very happy with the place. The cleaning can be improved a little bit but it doesn’t bother us because they have cleaning tools available. Host is super nice and responsive. Anything we need, we just asked and she brought us stuff right away.

Konstantine is a great host, and has a beautiful place. He kept checking on us regarding our stay and experience. Beautiful view, right where you need to be next to the ski lift! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay just minutes from the Gondola at New Gudauri. The space was clean and as described, and Ani gave good communication. Location cannot be beat, everything nearby - restaurants and the joys of the mountain.
